Upset
I used this app back when they were still using tips. I was under the impression that I would get the pro version for life because that’s how it was marketed. Now I have to pay $24 to get lifetime access again. It seems like a pretty bad way to show appreciation for longtime users.
Highly Recommended to Follow Along Golden Hour
It’s only progressively emerge in my life, that I really *love* being out in the Golden Hour — I feel a special kind of alive. I thought buying the lifetime version of this app was extravagant, and also I admit the heuristic is not always accurate. But I really love the clean, well integrated interface, the live activities. This is such a formidable little helper when you really love Golden Hour. Every day, I have a little notification and it’s helped me spend more time outside. I didn’t expect I would be so happy investing money and time into this app, but I can clearly see that I am. Highly, highly recommended if you’re even thinking about it a bit.

Horribly inaccurate
It is consistently bad at predicting good sunsets. The last one I looked at, it listed 75%. It was totally overcast, pouring rained from 2 hours before to an hour after sunset

Would be great if it worked. Said sunrise would be “great” and 75% so I got up super early, saw that it was really humid and foggy outside, decided to go with the app’s prediction anyway and don’t even see the sun because there’s so many clouds. The app must not take into account dew point which is probably the most important gauge?

This app is by far the best Sun prediction app I’ve ever used. Hats off to the developer for killing it with this update! As a landscape photographer, this app is as important to me as my tripod. Looking forward to using the new update. 💪🏻🙌🏻

Excellent App! But One Issue…
This is one of the best apps for sunrise and sunset for photography for the iPhone and iPad! Love how it factors in all of the aspects of the weather and location! I wish that I could say this for Apple TV 4K. The app loses my location after the recent update. Now all I have is questions of why it’s not factoring in. I don’t get this glitch in Apple TV 4K. Please help!

Easy to use and a help when planning photography
Started off good
I’ve used this app for a long time. It use to be fairly accurate. After a few recent updates it hasn’t been accurate at all. Disappointing. As a photographer it was a good tool to have. Now I’m using apps like SkyCandy to get information.

Useless
Predictions are never accurate. Right now my location shows 85% at sunrise and it’s so overcast and cloudy that zero sun is coming through. Typical for this app. Total garbage.
Grate for photographers
I have it set to just tell me when the sunrise and sunset are going to be good let’s me know days before makes it so easy to know when it’s actually worth getting up early
