Love Sunsette
This is my first experience with a booking system but I love how it saves me time with the automations. I was doing everything myself before, by hand, and this is a whole new world. I don’t know if I’ve tapped into everything they have to offer, but what I’m using has been wonderful. If there is an issue, support is on it right away. They have even added features I have requested! Glad I went with them

So Glad I Made The Switch
I switched to Sunsette back in the Beta days as I believe so strongly in almost anything from Kailee as a spray tan artist and creator. This system really is built for spray tan artists, which makes it unlike any other that I previously tried to adapt to my business.
The best part about the platform is the customer service- if there's ever an issue (and truth be told, there were some in the Beta days but that was to be expected with a brand new platform) I just write in to the support team and they answer SO quickly. I've also sent in some suggestions, not even issues, that I feel the support team really takes into consideration.
I hear there are more updates and features coming that I am so excited for!

As a new spray tan artist I was overwhelmed by the options for booking platforms when I started. I stumbled upon Sunsette on a whim before it was officially launched and it’s been amazing! They are constantly looking to see how to better the platform and make our lives as artists easier. Love love!!

A Game Changer for My Spray Tan Business!

I’ve been using Sunsette since their beta days, and I genuinely LOVE how much this app has grown! As someone who was an early user, yes, there were some bugs in the beginning, but that’s expected with new software, and their support team has been incredible throughout the entire process.
Any time I’ve submitted a support ticket, they’re either 1) already actively working on the issue, or 2) incredibly quick to address it once it’s brought to their attention. Their team is helpful, responsive, and actually listens to feedback from spray tan artists using the platform.
The features have been a total game changer for my business. My clients have absolutely loved the switch, especially the rinse reminders, automated appointment reminders, messaging features, loyalty program, and referral program.
On the business side, I LOVE being able to track things like mileage and solution usage, and the staff feature experience has been great as well.
My business operates with a hybrid model of both studio and mobile appointments, and Sunsette has made managing both so much easier. It really feels like software that understands the needs of a spray tan business not just a generic booking platform.
Easy setup, amazing features, great support, and they continue to improve and add to the platform. I’m so glad I made the switch! 🤎✨

Think twice before switching
Switching to Sunsette has been the worst business decision I have made. Constant issues even after cancelling my subscription.
