Very buggy after latest update
I enjoyed this game until the last iPad update. Now it crashes after about 10 minutes of play. Tapping to harvest crops isn’t responsive. Ads freeze up. I’m on a 2-month old iPad and don’t have problems with any other app. It’s just been since this last upgrade. Customer service is terrible when loyalty awards and offerwall gems are missing. You click on support to make a claim and they tell you what they need but there is not way to get the information to them. They have to email you a link. It’s been a week since I provided my email address and they have yet to respond. Clicking on the support link through the App Store is a similar waste of time. It takes me to a page where there is no obvious way to get support. If I had it to do over, I wouldn’t play this game. I’ve invested a lot of time in it and some money. I enjoy the people in my guild but the crappiness of the game is wearing me out. The ads just get longer and longer and you have to multiple clicks to work through the ads.

as fun as this game should be it isn’t events are made so impossible to do an in short or long periods of time that you never complete them back-to-back major events that you do with your clan, make you constantly have to spend too much time on the game in essence unless you have absolutely nothing to do and you have tons of friends this game is a waste

I enjoy this game especially the cooking events wish they had more of them😆
AWFUL COOKING EVENT
This cooking event is on another level of bad. First off is very difficult to progress through the levels, and second off it givea you a quick option to continue to keep your streak going and that makes it super easy to accidentally spend your jewels and when you actually spend 100 jewels to keep going that no where nears helps you get further. This game isn’t bad but this event is so bad it needs to be gone forever. HORRIBLE!!!

I love this game. But please, can you upgrade the chat in the guild to include predictive text and auto correct? When I welcome a new person to our guild the first thing I tell them is that typos are not their fault. Guess who could easily fix that?

This game is ok, I wish it didn't take so many items to extend. Some of the products also take so long to make or grow. It's a shame otherwise would of been 5 stars. You can't play for long has you progress due to the long wait for items and crops to produce. Update after playing for a long time it gets boring same events over and over again, this is so tedious. That's why stars have dropped to 2

I love this game and if you get into the right guild for you it’s great cause you can make friends and have a laugh while you play. It’s not like other games there’s so much you can do so you never get bored Thanks Sunshine Island

This is fun and relaxing and I play for free. This one I have been playing for a few days casually. If you are really in a hurry you can pay to speed up crops or the construction of buildings but I just enjoy the game and rotate it with several games I like.
Bought a skin, took the diamonds but then the skin isn’t showing at all
I am really having a great time playing this game til this happened to me. I bought a skin at the Skin Merchant. I bought a few before but then this time, it took the diamonds and I couldn’t find where the skin is at all. It is showing I have to join an event and see offers which I find weird at all. I am still awaiting what the support team will do but If I will not get my skin, i want my diamonds back.

I was a bit skeptical at first. But I caught right up to all the things you gotta do and I love it. The Guilds are full of extremely friendly, helpful players and everyone roots for each-other. I love that aspect. You’ll always have things to do in this game and it’s extremely entertaining. You’re really missing out if you don’t dl it.
