Rewards changed from free drink every 7 to every 10. Go else where where drinks are 1$ less anyways and rewards way better

Hassle
It’s a hassle to use the free item on Tuesday. Half of the time the store I use don’t even carry the item.The other half of time the manager has to update something on the computer while I stand there and wait. Really all that is not even worth the free item I’m getting it’s usually stuff I would never buy in the first place.

Trash!!!
Most pumps won’t scan the barcode and even when they scan there’s no drop in the gas price (which is suppose to be .10 off) definitely not worth the time and hassle to take up space on ur phone!!! I’ve even tried to scan inside the store and still no difference!!
Can’t log in
When I try to log back in the keeps my points, it will NOT send me a link to reset my password!!! why y’all wanna mess with stuff!!! I guess I’m gonna loose over 700 points because a lack of the page won’t even load to send me the link!!! 🥾🥾🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️

I’m trying to register and it keeps saying error try again later…and no I did not have it before 5/25.

I have had several loyalty apps and this by far is the best one I have ever used. I can’t wait to rack up the savings!!!!
Works about half the time
The app seems to work fine, but most of the pumps I go to won’t scan or have problems accepting rewards. Most of the time not worth the extra hassle it presents.
Sunny saver payment card
I have a rewards card but I don’t like the fact that in order to be able to have a sunny saver card I can’t use the debit card I get my paycheck deposited on, it only lets me do a checking account but I don’t use a checking account. You should be able to link any card as long as you have the routing and account number

I’ve had this app for over a year. I’ve scanned it, I’ve entered the mobile ID manually…I’ve never once gotten the discounted gas price as advertised.

Most confusing
This situation with Sunstop “Sunny Saver Debit” needs streamlining. I’ve been trying to get all my information together for over a month now!
My checking still does not show that any transaction had taken place! My cards have been linked and registered. I was given two pin numbers yesterday which neither worked! I am not stupid; I cannot get this dang card to work! Please help!!

Customer service?
I’m at the pump. My card did not give me a discount. There is no where to ask for help on the app. I’m disappointed that I went out of my way to come to this gas station and I can’t even be a loyal customer.
