Overall needs performance improvements
I’ve been using this app for work since July 2025. I have an I phone so maybe some of the issues are specific to I phones. Overall the app feels “heavy” and doesn’t run well if service is limited. Some suggestions for improvement:
1) get rid of photo prompts, this slows down performance and doesn’t always prompt when needed.
2)sometimes it doesn’t show customer info (phone number) and the work around I found was to go back to the main task list for the day and reselect the specific job.
3)when selecting a unit, if I need to go to the next page I am not able to scroll back up. Doing so results in an error and backs out of unit selection. The work around I found is to increase the search results to display 50 per page and then I can scroll up or down as needed.
4) uploading photos is so heavy. There needs to be a way to make this a background task and it would be nice to see upload status. I have waited upwards of ten minutes with 5g service. That’s ten minutes I could have been closer to my next delivery but couldn’t see the address until it finished loading!
5) eliminate route preview. It is unnecessary since we are using maps or Google maps anyways and eliminating it should help app performance.
6) This should be #1 but when I “end shift” the app continues tracking and using my phone data which drains my battery. The work around is to go into my phone settings and disable everything. I have to do this daily and it is annoying lol.
Anything to increase the apps performance would be appreciated. Bonus if you can populate an entire delivery route into maps/ google maps instead of selecting each one individually. I often go to areas with little or no service and have learned to “add stops” ahead of time to avoid being in a situation with no directions.
