Poor, the system doesn’t send notifications. The location shows as China! There are so many errors, it takes time to establish the problems, in that time the warranty expires. Now brought alternative and support is endless

Bought a Trail Cam for nothing. Someone reach out to the developer immediately.
The app is useless. It says doesn’t support live which is the main reason for wanting to buy a real time WiFi camera. This is scandalous

I have to give this a no star rating. I downloaded this app to go with a trail cam I purchased. The app downloaded my trail cam successfully but the coordinates are all wrong and I can’t change them. The model of my trail cam is incorrect. I cannot download the images even though I know I have some on the trail cam. It is a very frustrating app to use and needs to be refined for the common person to understand how to use it. I am supposed to be able to sync the trail cam on my phone in order to view pictures and I can’t even see the sync feature on the app. Very useless and I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone
