Nothing of yours works,not the virtual service nor the app works, it’s a big shame, I regret opening a cooperate account with suntrust bank, like why do I have to suffer for my own money?? Coming to the bank every now and then to make business transactions, why have an app that won’t work for both cooperate & individual account, i can’t even check my bank balance like every other bank does, I have gone to one of the bank branch to complain but nothing was done about it, I emailed customer service nothing was done about it,, why do I have to stress my mind all the time I think of making a transaction?!!!! Fix your bug or whatever it’s called! Really really bad!
