My appointment never show up on the app
Is there any support I can contact to check why the appointment never show on the app?
can not get otp
please fix this. tried so many times and making sure the signal is working and the phone number is right, but the OTP never came to whatsapp number registered.
Very difficult to get otp
I tried to register. It went well until i completed all my detail and waited for the otp that has never come. Tried many times already. No problem with connection, wifi worked. I gave up
Patient Names
The apps was good, especially the Radiology report we can view. and easy us to monitor and but why all patients I add in before now all gone… when I try to add again, there’s an error. Please advise
Phone otp number is wrong
Verified phone number at the profile page. But when adding patient information then sending otp code to phone, it sends code to a different phone number than I verified.

The appointment on the 27 May 2025 didn't show even though clinic confirmed the appointment has been confirmed causing me having difficulties to make my claim

Date of the report in incorrect
The report date is 1st mar 2025, but the date under report showing 2024 May, this is misleading.

Appontment Booking
The appointment booking system is fantastic—super convenient for scheduling appointments for my parents and children. Love it! However there are a number of doctors that have not adopted the app appointment scheduling, which we have to call the clinic. Should get them transformed too:)

NO REGISTRATION
How to sign up if there’s no refutation, only sign in and I am unable to sign in using same details as summed go. No verification code sent even after an hour. Malfunction app. The services at Sunway is deteriorating. The ward at 4E is dated and visitor beds has torn covers. It’s unpleasant.

Where is the xray?
nothing important
tried to login to view my son xray report but enter DOB multiple times cannot login, then cannot also order food for inpatient but given a scanner to scan also cannot display to order. rubbish app just installed.
