My appointment never show up on the app
Is there any support I can contact to check why the appointment never show on the app?
can not get otp
please fix this. tried so many times and making sure the signal is working and the phone number is right, but the OTP never came to whatsapp number registered.
Very difficult to get otp
I tried to register. It went well until i completed all my detail and waited for the otp that has never come. Tried many times already. No problem with connection, wifi worked. I gave up
Patient Names
The apps was good, especially the Radiology report we can view. and easy us to monitor and but why all patients I add in before now all gone… when I try to add again, there’s an error. Please advise
Phone otp number is wrong
Verified phone number at the profile page. But when adding patient information then sending otp code to phone, it sends code to a different phone number than I verified.
