The app is unreliable. So inconvenient for students and Sunway City visitors when it could have been an easier option for people to move around Sunway City. Please take action ASAP.
STILL no new shuttle bus app…
It’s been more than 2 months since the new shuttle buses were deployed and there’s STILL no new app launched to track the new buses. “The current shuttle bus app will be phased out and a new app will be launched soon.” When is soon, exactly??
I see the new buses go around town, sometimes with no people on them - probably because there’s no way to track their location. There’s not even a bus schedule so you can try to catch it at a specific time! You’re just sending nearly empty buses around town, wasting gas. Not very SDG of you.
If you can’t get the app ready yet, then at least put out a schedule of what estimated times the shuttle bus will arrive at a specific location - so we can at least TRY to use the buses. Extremely disappointed in how this whole shuttle bus re-launch has been handled.

literally useless app
previously I rated 4 starts because it had no issues tracking the bus.
at the end of August, the app stopped functioning because new buses were in service and a new app had to be made
it is now october, and this app continues to have no use.

Fix your apps IMMEDIATELY
I'm surprised that such a simple app but so unstable. How can a big organization not manage to create this simple tracker? Just one route, one shuttle service within 1km radius. The app shouldn't be this inconsistent, especially when Sunway City is your core and pioneer township.
Is it even running anymore?
Idk if the app stopped working or it has not been updated ..and if the routes have been changed ..or even the bus is still running or not…big L
