The app is unreliable. So inconvenient for students and Sunway City visitors when it could have been an easier option for people to move around Sunway City. Please take action ASAP.
STILL no new shuttle bus app…
It’s been more than 2 months since the new shuttle buses were deployed and there’s STILL no new app launched to track the new buses. “The current shuttle bus app will be phased out and a new app will be launched soon.” When is soon, exactly??
I see the new buses go around town, sometimes with no people on them - probably because there’s no way to track their location. There’s not even a bus schedule so you can try to catch it at a specific time! You’re just sending nearly empty buses around town, wasting gas. Not very SDG of you.
If you can’t get the app ready yet, then at least put out a schedule of what estimated times the shuttle bus will arrive at a specific location - so we can at least TRY to use the buses. Extremely disappointed in how this whole shuttle bus re-launch has been handled.

literally useless app
previously I rated 4 starts because it had no issues tracking the bus.
at the end of August, the app stopped functioning because new buses were in service and a new app had to be made

Fix your apps IMMEDIATELY
I'm surprised that such a simple app but so unstable. How can a big organization not manage to create this simple tracker? Just one route, one shuttle service within 1km radius. The app shouldn't be this inconsistent, especially when Sunway City is your core and pioneer township.
Is it even running anymore?
Idk if the app stopped working or it has not been updated ..and if the routes have been changed ..or even the bus is still running or not…big L

Please the app. It doesn’t show the bus timings at all, causing a lot of inconvenience to people who use the bus service regularly!!!

The app has basically stopped being functional. Most of the time doesn’t even show the bus and when it doesn’t half the times the location is inaccurate.

The bus tracker is unable to track accurately. Often showing the shuttle service is not available. In fact, the bus service runs as usual. This has caused inconvenience to people who rely on this transportation.

You can track the bus but not much else
This bus has been updated multiple times since I first downloaded it two years ago but nothing has changed.
Many times the bus will suddenly stop moving or disappear from the map completely. Which then makes you wait an absurd amount of time for the bus.
The messages you send to the feedback center don't go through (they just say “sending” forever). The bus will stop working at random times and say “the shuttle bus will be right back” but can continue to say that for hours.
The only thing this app is good for is tracking the bus sometimes. That’s only if there is no error. And now for some reason they think the MCO warrants them to suspend their operations, when peoples need to take public transport does not change whether there is an MCO or not.

Bad GPS tracker
Bad connection most of the time, and this map always mislead the users. Either we have to catch the bus randomly , or we waited for nothing. There is no complain button in the app in case of glitch and problems with GPS connectivity or general inquiries.
FIX THE APP PLZ XOXO
FIX THE GPS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. The guy drives 14+ hrs a day and you have no idea where he is because the GPS stops working. No one is sitting there waiting up to 40min to catch the bus when this app isn’t working. Over 90% of the time it’s always broken.

Creepy Driver
I rarely ride sunway shuttle bus because there’s this one bus driver who has been keeping an eye on me since last month. This morning I used shuttle bus to go to a restaurant. The bus driver supposed to wait in the bus for next passengers at sunway pyramid bus stop but instead he was following me from behind and wanted to sit next to me. Thankfully the waiter shooed him. He also claimed me as his little sister. He is a creepy guy pls take note.. i am not comfortable to go to class by bus anymore

1 shuttle bus go for petro station and take nearly 1 hour, it take alot of time to wait and wait...can i request another bus start moving when another bus go to petro station?
