poor app
am trying to use the app after sometime, when i tried to reset my login credentials it requires OTP validation. So far it is fine, but the in the OTP prompt i cannot write anything, the app is not able to show the keyboard to type something there. As a result am not able to login. Very poor interface. They need to address this.

A lot of promotional notifications!!!
too many push notifications, most of which are advertisements or promotions. This significantly affects the user experience, as even after enabling only essential notifications, ads still appear frequently. Please provide better notification control and an option to disable promotional notifications.

Error when registering
Keep on showing errors when registering, even ask at the counter in mall also saying they cannot solve need to wait the app to recover, after months still same issue
Restore old account
I deleted my account out of mistake and I want to register the same old account with same phone number/email address but it still said it was registered already and I cannot log back in because I deleted it. Please solve this issue asap. Thank you
too many notification
always so many ding dong. I wish there’s a switch to turn off. Anyway i turn off at phone level.
Failed User Inteface. Stupid design.
Who the he—ll put the close button at bottom right corner?! Your pop up promo pop in more than one screen, and everyone in the world knows the close button is always at the too right corner. But because you guys wanna be unique, but in the wrong and so frustrating way, after we touched the top right corner, we are forced to see / bought to another screen. So freaking frustrating! Be unique in a way where it eases ppl, not by giving ppl frustration and problem! Even 1 star is too high. If only there’s a way we can give negative star.

Lousy
App keeps on saying error connecting to server but my internet connection is fine. Also said that my parking was free after redeeming from my receipts but ended up getting stuck at the parking lot because it didnt work.

Always error
I never use this app because every time I try to use it it gives me an error message and as a result I’ve lost so many chances of collecting points simply because their server is down. Then I continue to receive marketing messages to use the app - please fix the bugs first

App is good, collage life better with this app because its has a shuttle bus that i use everyday, BUT why only 1 bus (its a big minus) and sometimes waiting them more than 1 hour(((((

This app is so cool and user friendly! The customer service also very friendly and helpful. Not only I can enjoy shopping in mall, I can get the cashback also. I suggest this apps may have AI Cust service like other apps. Keep it up SUNWAY!!

Design of user interface
The user interface is not user-friendly for new customers. If you haven't used it before, it can be difficult to navigate, and sometimes it's unclear where to access certain features. For example, information about in-mall restaurant events, such as birthday offers, is hard to find and not easily searchable. Additionally, some important details are hidden within other pages, making the experience frustrating.

Efficient app to be used
I have been using Sunway super app for a long time, can consider to be the most efficient shopping mall app, especially very convenient in paying the parking fee.

With the recent updates, suddenly Smart Parking no longer have TnG eWallet as payment mode. Hope Sunway can add it in back for payment mode
Apps cannot login
Was trying to get out but the apps is not able to login, while using browser able to login, and i have to find a place to reload my tng card. Wasted my time
Bad UX & buggy
This has to be one of the worst apps I ever use. Not only the UX is pretty bad (Yes, including the recent makeover). Not only that, there are tons of bugs in the app, starting from signup. Pressing on one of the notifications sometimes just bring you to a blank screen.
