Great at first
It was a neat device to try to see into my drain, although the light could be brighter. However after a day of use it stops connecting the app which makes it completely useless. I tried contacting app support but the page goes nowhere.

W400 Industrial Endoscope Tool
Handy tool for evaluating problems in difficult to reach places. Great for examining inside engine cylinders when you dont want to do a tear down. Image quality is decent except picture and videos are very low res. There needs to be a way to capture high res photos and videos. As is video and pics are useless. If that is fixed this will be a 5 star tool.

It helped me find wires, fix things and has a good camera. The software was easy to use and navigate. Good job!

It worked when I first got , used once for about 3 min … now doesn’t work at all ,connection adapters suck spend the extra to get something worth.
Fotos abspeichern nicht möglich
Beim Versuch Fotos zu speichern kommt immer nur die Aufforderung die Fotobibliothek freizugeben. Die vollständige Freigabe ist keine Option, daher ist die Funktion nicht gegeben. Fotos kann man glücklicherweise per Screenshot abfotografieren.

Licht an der Kamera geht an, die App erkennt die Kamera aber nicht. App Neustart, IPad Neustart, etc. haben nicht weitergeholfen. Kamera dadurch nicht verwendbar. Elektroschrott…

As and when the camera is on it delivers great pictures but in my case the app froze repeatedly and then it asked to reset which means unplugging the cable/camera and plug back in. This ritual depends a bit on camera movement but it happened at least every other minute for me. Frustrating

App will not download on iPhone. Lightning connection is out of date; adapter does not recognize device.
Wo ist die Dualcam Funktion
Die App funktioniert, die Kamera wird auch problemlos erkannt, aber es gibt keine Möglichkeit auf die zweite seitliche Kamera umzuschalten in der App.

Friert andauernd ein
Die App bietet ja sowieso schon kaum erwähnenswerte Features, aber sie sollte wenigstens einigermaßen stabil laufen. Tut sie aber nicht, denn alle paar Sekunden friert das Bild ein und eine Fehlermeldung fordert den Nutzer dazu auf, eine Kamera anzuschließen. Und das, obwohl die Led-Leuchten hell leuchten.
