Je n’arrive jamais à me connecter, toujours à dire d’essayer plus tard.
Impossible connexion
J’ai essayé plusieurs fois de me connecter et j’ai changer le mot de passe deux trois fois. Je n’ai jamais réussi à entrer dans l’application. Message d’erreur disant de réessayer plus tard . Quel mauvaise appli . Je vais chez Super C sans jamais acheter les articles au prix membre , je ne les achète tout pas … c’est désolant

I cannot get access to the superc app even when I am in the store.
Still my money
Just first time I ordered delivery, everything was payed and the pay go through.
After when the delivery girl start delivery she go through the cashier and after cancel order by herself and still my groceries for herself.
I called them and after they told me the story that they don’t have my pay for 130$ and still them.
I need to change my credit card for refund my money after this idiots.

J’ai réussi à créer mon compte et lapp a juste arrêter de fonctionner … donc j’ai aucun accès avec mon iPhone n’y iPad .. j’ai désinstallé et re télécharger regarder les mise à jour ça ne change rien du tout !
Neither app nor website
Super C has an app that is very unfriendly and if you go to their website, it is even worse. You select all items, but there is no “place the order” icon. So my shopping list is ready, but can’t find the order icon. if you can find the icon “place the order”, then u have sharp eyes. All websites use colors and wide icons, to make sure a sales takes place. Super c… sad. Also, people realized that the 10super1 is a Hoax. If you order for 80$, they will remove articles to get you under 75$ (sorry we are out of stock) and also remove one of your 3 10super3. Professional hoaxers. Go to the shop, bring your missing articles and rub it in their face and get your 10super activated. Horrible app!

Application défectueuse
Depuis quelques temps déjà, l’application connaît des ratés et aucune mise à jour n’est faite pour corriger le problème.
Application trop lente
Malgré toutes les mises à jour, l’application demeure très lente à ouvrir et le bouton « j’ajoute tous les coupons » est difficile à activer.
Connection impossible
Depuis plus d’un an, je n’arrivais pas à me connecter malgré le recours au support technique. Avant cela, je devais remplir courriel et mot de passe pour qu’elle opère. J’y fais presque toujours mon épicerie et je passe à côté des avantages. Pourtant, mes autres applis Moi fonctionnent toutes. Métro, Jean Coutu et Brunet fonctionnent mais pas la Super C. J’ai lâché prise et j’ai supprimé l’app.
