Email authentication code doesn’t work
I have signed up for a new account using a few different email IDs across different services and for whatever reason I never get the confirmation emails. I would love to do business with this place, but this feature doesn’t work.
Poor Design
This app is constantly losing log in capabilities and/or credentials. I gave up trying to use it. I know my credentials are correct because they work on the website. If there are regional restrictions on using the app, the developer should remove them as people all over the world are using this app to order prior to their arrival on the island.

I ordered online from super foods the day before I arrived. It was simple and when I get to my destination my order will be there or on its way. It’s the best way to start your vacation.
