Doesent work no matter what i do

Inhave several osmo games that work perfectly , but for some reason this does not work at all 😡 all i get is the animation that i need to place the drawing pad in front of the screen 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤬 ive tried everything including buying another reflector but alas to no avail , this will be the last osmo o ever buy . Not impressed , amd my little girl even more so
