App keeps logging me out
Stops recording sometimes
This camera stops recording a lot when the weather is bad
.
Apps works okay to begin with then a day after it just says device offline pritty much every time
This equipment needs a weather cowling
I have installed your entry system and as a stand alone systen it works well, you provided a printed back box for the internal screen which worked well but when I enquired about a hooded cowl for the external keypad you said the company in China did not supply one.
During the resent lovely rainy weather I have discovered a problem, the rain has had a strange effect the face recognition sees rain drops as faces an you are constantly getting messages that the system has been triggered.
I would therefore suggest explaining this to the manufacturers as a sufficient size cowl would negate these problems.

If I do not hear from you I’ll give you a ring to discuss this issue.
I do hope you do not mind me giving feedback as I am aware this was a new product from you which was apparent at the race meeting that Tony & I attended some time ago.

Missing key functions
Would be a 5* if they could implement:
- alarm scheduling on/off
- camera grouping for separate notification toggle (example: turn off notifications for the back yard group of cameras but leave on the front of house group)

last update it doesn’t work
Since the last update the app doesn’t work on the iPhone15, it works on the Samsung phone ok. Please check out the problem app it trying to find signals for the camera systems.
I have 2 different security system on the app and it doesn’t find any signals, but works ok on the android phone . Thanks in advance for your help

Can’t view cameras when out .
Every time we loose power the cameras can’t be
viewed via mobile devices. Sick of paying
ol’mate to come and reconnect it . Yes we’ve replaced the modem , yes we’ve changed carriers . The monitor in the house is great never a problem.

Poor performance
Camera 1 keeps dropping connection. App is fiddly to use and keeps crashing when searching for a specific play back time. Notification tuning process is bad, with notifications still being pushed when selected off. Viewing angle is less than the 100 deg advertised. Sound quality is poor and push to talk doesn’t work at all. Inconsistent in event triggers, often completely missing cars entering driveway! I would not recommend this system.

App constantly says devices offline. We fix it and then it happens again. Not easy to use. Much prefer our other camera apps
