Superchat erfüllt auf sympathisch nahbare Weise alle Anforderungen, die für eine moderne Kommunikation nötig sind. Sehr freundliches und responsives Support Team. Ob einfach für übersichtliche und Datenschutz-konformes „texten“ oder hochautomatisierte Kampagnen, klare Empfehlung!
WhatsApp-Sperre nach erster Kampagne – Geschäftskommunikation lahmgelegt
Die Oberfläche von Superchat ist übersichtlich und die Funktionen wirken durchdacht. Leider wurde mein WhatsApp Business-Konto nach der ersten Kampagne von Meta gesperrt – trotz bestehender Verifizierung und jahrelanger Nutzung. Auch Superchat konnte die Sperre nicht rückgängig machen. Seither ist keine Kommunikation mit Kunden mehr möglich – ein schwerwiegender Einschnitt für unser Geschäft. Die Verantwortung liegt zwar bei Meta, doch der Schaden bleibt.

Ich nutze Superchat bereits seit über einem Jahr für mein Unternehmen und bin absolut zufrieden.

Sehr undurchsichtige Zahlungspläne, ich bin jetzt in einer "monatlichen" Subscription gefangen, die aber 1 Jahr Vertragsbindung hat. Sehr unüblich im SaaS-Bereich und dafür sehr schlecht hervorgehoben. Die Kündigung gestaltet sich sehr schwierig, da erst mehrseitige Formulare ausgefüllt werden müssen, bei mir sogar mehrmals, da die Kündigung das erste mal keine Reaktion des Supports oder eine Kündigungsbestätigung hervorgebracht hat. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen!

Top umgesetzt! Bitte um identische Apple Watch Ergänzung!
App ist super umgesetzt, eine Apple Watch App wäre noch super, mit Vorlagen und hinterlegten Dateien (Videos/Bilder) antworten bzw. sogar kurz was schreiben.
Automation beenden, wenn man selber übernimmt und die Möglichkeit anzurufen sowie an einen anderen Kollegen den Chat zuweisen wie bei der iPhone App würde das Business nochmal deutlich verbessern!
Alle Funktionen sind ja in der iPhone App bereits integriert, nur halt für die Watch wäre es noch ein Traum, dann habt Ihr von mir auch den 5. Stern!
Dann ginge es auch ohne iPhone in der Nähe auf Anfragen schnell und effizient zu reagieren! 😃👍🏼

No video calls can be made , most time app gets frozen , they get payment out of me they now blocked me from WhatsApp business

Beware: Superchat's Monthly Plan Isn't What You Think It Is
Superchat’s pricing practices raise concerns and border on deceptive. They hide crucial information in their Terms of Use.
Notably, their monthly plan is not truly monthly. Clause 14.2 at the end of the terms states, “Unless otherwise agreed, the minimum contract term is 12 months, commencing on the date of the first direct debit.”
Consequently, after 30 days from the initial payment, users are obligated to a 12-month commitment despite signing up for a monthly plan.
Outside this clause in the terms, such critical detail is nowhere to be found.
The entire process is designed to mislead users into believing they are signing up for a monthly plan.
The order summary screen, after selecting the plan, displays the monthly price and then shows “See future charges,” which only shows a single month’s charge. Unless users delve into the Terms of Conditions and scroll to the end, they will not be aware of this 12-month commitment.
Furthermore, such a 12-month commitment also applies to “add-ons.” Users cannot cancel an add-on after a few months if they need it; instead, they are also on the hook after 30 days from adding the add-on to their plan.
We terminated our Superchat subscription after using it for a few months due to significant performance issues as the volume of messages increased.
When I received a charge for two months after cancellation, I was perplexed. I reached out to support, and that is when I became aware of clause 14.2. They refused to refund the two months charged.
While Superchat has some positive aspects, these are overshadowed by the known dark pattern of concealing essential information in the terms and conditions.

Superchat und die App sind gut ausgearbeitet. Kann ich nur jedem Unternehmen empfehlen.

Der Teamchat ist allerdings gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Der Aufruf von Push Benachrichtigungen führt zum Absturz oder zur Fehlermeldung. Ab und an sind auch versandte Sprachnachrichten nicht mehr auffindbar. Bitte schärfen Sie hier nochmal nach!

Super APP
Benutze die App schon seit einigen Monaten und finde sie wirklich klasse! Das Einzige was etwas doof ist, ist, dass es keine ANpassung für ein IPad gibt, d.h. Ich habe die Sicht eines Smartphones auf meinem IPad und nicht wie an meinem PC die Einstellung. Aber falls das noch behoben wird ist die App ein Traum!

Súper App, muy intuitiva y fácil de implementar. Solo habría que hacer unos ajustes en la traducción a español y el panel, el cual cuando se abre la lista de conversaciones siempre abre un chat automáticamente. De resto, muy excelente, y la apps de móvil muy optimizada.
