No more free tier?
There doesn’t seem to be a free tier plan available anymore, even though there is one indicated on the paywall. Literally everything I click on in the menu. Text me to the options to pay. If I click on profile, it takes me to the options to pay. If I click on studio, it takes me to the options to pay. If I click on fee, it takes me to the options to pay. I don’t pay for apps. I will give this a few more weeks to see if I simply need to wait longer for myaccount to reset or credits to reset, but if they don’t, I will delete the app.

Why in the hell is there a free tier that shows 0of 50 free credits used when you don’t get to use them? I log in see that and then see that EVERYTHING EVERY FUNCTION including my own profile is behind a paywall? I don’t even know if I like the service how am I going to fork over 8.99 for something could be lackluster or worst yet one of the AI apps that’s been completely neutered like 1/2 the ones available in the App Store. That part could be forgiven if everything else was great buuuuti can’t tell because I never got to use this free tier that is literally listed right away, with an immediate message of upgrade to continue. Yall need a dictionary and some English sentence structure lessons because you can’t continue that which is not started.

Way too expensive!
I bought the mini to try out and compare to ChatGPT. I asked for a few commands to edit two pictures and review a logo design to see it could do better than ChatGPT. The credits were gone. A couple prompts throughout one day. ChatGPT works non stop for me all day for my two businesses and whatever the kids want to ask, or create coloring pages, etc. for $20 a month. I’m going to stay with ChatGPT - SuperCool ai is way too expensive. Maybe for some it’s worth it to spend $1,200+ to have a reasonable amount of credits daily for roughly 26 days or $2,300+ for double the credits to probably do what chatgpt does for $20 a month. Like I said, def not for me.

Credit system
The credit system is atrocious. I don’t mind a company charging for their services, which is their right but before you commit to any task, we have already sucked up all your credits. You really have not done squat or created anything valuable. The resources are great but their credit system is absolutely horrible.

Free, then $500
This app was another disappointment… started off free with paid upgrades as needed… credit system made sense & you earned based on your interactions with other users, was a great model… then it has an update, & suddenly goes from being free, to an ENTRY LEVEL PLAN of &100 a month of $500 for a year… its a tremendous smack to the face after using it for a while & establishing myself on the platform… shady techniques maybe… but ultimately a sour milk business plan that seems to just want to spit out its customers… was a great app, but that’s WAY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT IT DOES!!! It’s a caffeinated Facebook, that comes with an eventual sticker shock

Officially Amazing!
If you’re looking for something absolutely amazing and over the top blow your creative juices out of the window. Then you have stepped into the right arena. SuperCool is definitely way cooler than y’all think it’s better than AI. And that’s just facts.
Do anything? Only if you keep pumping coins
Not impressed. I tried a project. It couldn’t finish until I pumped some coins into the app. Then I had to ask it to apply the coins. Then it finished the job incorrectly. It promised to fix it…for more coins. This is basically the AI version of the old claw machines that they used to have at arcades, where you would insert a coin and try and grab a particular toy that you wanted (usually unsuccessfully), and you would just keep pumping coins until you gave up.
That’s how this felt.
Serious suggestion. Why not have an AI agent that will look at my idea and provide a list of assets required and provide an estimate of the ultimate cost? That way you are conducting a business transaction instead of an arcade game.

Life Changing
I was looking for a Bot that can really create what I envisioned and after trying several this has been the absolute best one. Hands down I will be referring Super Cool to everyone.

I’m going to find a 5th grader that can comprehend instructions better. This app is a money pit! It shows all the impressive “thinking” but doesn’t have a progress bar or any indication of how much “coins” or money needed to complete the task, so it constantly snatches $20 increments from you. If you turn off the pay as you go feature, the process stalls and won’t pick up where it left off. Just my experience, I hope this helps. Save your money.

Supercool is super cool and I’ve been having good success working with it to build my projects
Wasn’t impressed.
It’s not better than any other service currently available. The credit scheme is strong with this one. Be prepared to continually buy more credits prior to finishing a single project. I couldn’t get two paragraphs into my project before I was requested to buy more credits. Not a game changer at all. Just another app emptying bank accounts. I’ll stick to using my own imagination and google from time to time- it’s free and it gets the job done.

If you were ‘super cool’ and upfront about how many credits you need to do one meme, then yes maybe you wouldn’t have as many people sign up, but if they do sign up-give you a bad review and cancel that’s worse.
My time is valuable too so just be honest with your customers-that way you get to keep them.
That’s the miss all A.I. apps do-think differently- there are so many to choose from-once you get us-keep us!
If you can catch their attention for them to buy your app then great but keeping customers is key.
I don’t mind paying for something that’s worth it. I have Vidu, Canva, and tried lots of others.

The $7.99 a month guy is key, he will stay forever and buy in app stuff as needed. The recreational ‘let’s make funny memes’ guys are the ones you want to keep.

Does not deliver
I tried this out based on a recommendation from a friend as an all-in-one solution so I don’t have to use two or three apps as I’ve been doing. I asked it to generate a song in a style with lyrics I presented. Gave me a voice reading the lyrics like an audiobook with background music. Tried to create a video, was told I don’t have enough credits though I have over three thousand. When trying to get responses as to why this is happening I just get the standard, “We’re sorry you’re not happy…”! I’d even ask for my money back k if I thought I’d get it since I haven’t been able to do anything.

Glitchy and expensive
It does work pretty well for images but it doesn’t chat with you well at all. Its very glitchy and very over priced. One monthly price with everything included is the only way you will win us over guys. No one’s gonna likes you constantly trying to get into our wallets.
The app doesn’t work nor can I cancel my paid membership
The SuperCool app is not accessible and I can’t get any answers on an email on how to stop paying for the membership. I can’t use this app. It’s not accessible to VoiceOver and I can’t afford to keep spending the money.
Extremely expensive same AI
This app charges you 10x that of any AI and literally makes the exact same mistakes. Terrible at anything to do with scale, can’t follow simple instructions and eats credits up that makes top tier AI plans seem like .70 gasoline. Credits are used for every attempt at creating something, when it has to correct its output it then charges you all over again. Basically it’s incentivized to make mistakes. Terrible App.

Can’t do anything without paying more and more
I paid for a subscription and still can’t do anything. It just keeps on asking me to switch over so it can bill my card constantly as I go. It’s rediculous. This is the new modern hustle. The ai seems like it would be cool but who really knows. I personally feel like I got scammed
Misunderstood my request and charged me anyway
I asked SuperCool, the AI generative agent, to create an ad for my business, BlockTrace Recovery. Because there are a lot of scams in that space, the app declined to help and explained why, which I appreciated. However, it still charged me 157 credits for the declined request. Paying that many credits just to be told "no" feels unfair. I hope future versions handle these situations better, perhaps by clarifying policies and not charging when requests are declined.
