Not deserve even 1 star - Tricking you into annual subscription and not responding on refund request
I am formally requesting a refund of the USD $356.41 Superead Premium Yearly charge and the separate USD $1.00 charge.
This is a refund request under Superead’s advertised 30-day money-back guarantee.
Superead’s website advertises: “With our 30-day money back guarantee, you can try us for 30 days.” The signup screen shown in Mehmet’s reply also displayed “30-day money-back guarantee” under the Start Free Trial area.
My Superead receipt says:
- my free trial started on June 21, 2026;
- my free trial ended on June 24, 2026;
- the annual paid plan is Superead Premium Yearly, June 24, 2026–June 24, 2027;
- the annual charge was USD $356.41.
I contacted Superead on June 23, 2026 to request a refund. That was within 30 days, and before the paid annual subscription period shown on your receipt began.
I am also requesting refund of the separate USD $1.00 charge dated June 20, 2026. Superead did not provide a matching invoice or receipt for this charge. The trial invoice and trial receipt I received both show $0.00, not $1.00.

Deceptive Billing
The app is fine, but they say you can get the first week free—when what they really mean is that, if you stay enrolled, they will charge you for that first week and then bill forward for the next week. So if you make it a full week, they charge you $20 on the first billing cycle. Shady stuff, so I canceled.

More like a prototype of an app, don’t pay.
Sometimes the instructions are written in bad English, confusing drills, badly edited videos mostly comprising of common sense. Subscription is through the app not through the App Store so without any subscription cancellation email I’m just hoping my subscription is actually cancelled.
Ghosted me
A good idea but for a variety of reasons it is not working out for me. Requested a refund 3 times within their refund policy period and have not received even the courtesy of a response. Customer service needs a lot of work.
Super buggy and no Support
I actually really like the program however the platform is super buggy and Support response to you after a week and multiple attempts and contacting them

Deceptive advertising
You don’t get what you pay for. They advertise an amazing tool that will help you speed read, and while that might be possible, it’s a terrible app with lots of broken english. I struggle to find an app meant to improve your reading skills useful when it’s covered in broken english.
No, lots of bugs, kind of a scam
There is a calendar at the top of the page that you can use to track your progress through the program. Multiple times I would open the app and find that it was in a different language. There are three categories of training. The first is to watch training videos. When the available content dries up you can no longer complete your training days. The second is exercises. The randomness of the speeds that you get while trying to do this crazy and then there are questions that ask you to compare your answer to a website that isn’t there or even mentioned in the article or, in the last one I did, map that isn’t there. For that map question all of the choices were “d.” I chose C) d but apparently it was A) d. I have been trying to read one of their books and for the longest time all it would do was load. I wrote in about it. Never did receive a response although it did become available a few days later it wasn’t the same format as before. I paid for the VIP now that can RIP.

Works as advertised
My initial test was around 230 words per minute and after just a few weeks I’m testing at well above 450 wpm with only a few minutes a day of effort.
They also test comprehension so you’re sure to retain what you’ve read.

Dont fall for this
Advertising is great, but the app fails to deliver. Many of the readings in the tutorial are not written in proper English. I think this was written by someone who’s native language was not English. The app advertises 4million books in the library. While this is true, you don’t get access to most of them without buying the books within the app’s store. I am canceling before my 30day money back guarantee to hopefully get my money back. This was a waste. Do not fall for this!
