The right motives but...

Has incorrect and outdated health advice. Recommending lowfat yogurt is just plain stupid and an old myth that was debunked years ago. Your brain needs cholesterol and so does the rest of your body.

please do more research

I completely disagree with flaxseed and soy as a superfood. Please do more research before you tell people that these are healthy. Phytoestrogens are not healthy. They are the worst possible choices when you are high risk for cancer like breast cancer. Phytoestrogens mimic bad estrogen and should be avoided at all cosy. Its extremely easy to do an internet search on estrogen dominance and phytoestrogens.

Good effort, but...

Unless you mention distinctions like organic, non-gmo, and tips to avoid seafood and foods from the west coast because of Fukushima, then you're not quite spreading all of the important details around that this app definitely has the potential to do. Blueberries produced from Monsanto seeds will do more harm than good. This is not a conspiracy theory, this is a fact.

No Moringa?

You would think a "super foods" app would have the Miracle Tree (Moringa) in it. But no. Fail.

Useful!

Very simple to use with clear and concise information that's actually very helpful!
