Superior Mobile Banking App
I love Superior Credit Union! This app has made things so much easier from transferring money from one account to another, checking my balances, getting my electronic bank statements, and so much more. When you work the same hours the bank is open, the app comes in handy. Most of the questions I have can be answered on the app rather than taking time to make a phone call. This app is easy to use and I love the Face ID feature especially for people that can’t remember all of their passwords. I recommend this app if you are a member and if you aren’t a member, what are you waiting for?

I’ve had a great experience using Superior Credit Union and their banking app. The app is easy to navigate, convenient, and makes managing my money simple. I can quickly check my balances, monitor transactions, transfer money, and stay on top of my finances without having to visit a branch.

Easy to use
The app is very easy to navigate, I like that I can view my credit score on it too! That’s a really nice edition. This is the best bank I’ve banked through, no extra bs these other banks put you through. If there is a fraud charge they don’t even let it go through without contacting you and seeing if you authorized the charge! The security at this bank is unmatched. Highly recommend.

Superior Mobile App
Superior has stepped up their game in recent years. The mobile app allows me to transfer, transact and manage my accounts with ease. The newly integrated Biometric sign in option has saved me lots of time and allows me access to my account quickly.
Convenient
The app makes it easy for me to quickly check balances in multiple accounts and pay bills online. I appreciate the ability to see pending changes in my checking account too.
SCU app
The app is easy to use and allows me to move money easily. The only issue is now it seems to have a glitch when trying to go back to the home page with account balances, the screen seems to jump. Overall, I am satisfied with the app.

Amazing Bank- Great App
The app allows you to meet all your banking needs without a phone call or trip to the bank. Lost your card? You can pause on your app until you find it. Message customer service for a question, transfer, problem and they get back you same day. Pay your bills, transfer money, see your balances. What more could you ask for?!

I open this app multiple times of day for accounting purposes for our businesses and overall life. It’s easy to use, updates are always improving, and I love that I can see ALL my accounts in the same place!

This app has been super easy to use when I need to check my balance, deposit a check, or transfer money around. I love being able to do these things on the go. I haven’t had any issues and would recommend using Superior Credit Union to my family and friends!

I use Superior’s app all the time and it works well to manage my accounts. I also like that the app can be used to set travel alerts and apply for loans. The app is easier to reach a Superior representative than making a phone call and waiting in the queue for an extensive time!

Superior credit union app makes it easy and convenient for anyone to use for their banking needs. You can manage your account, inquire about your bank account right on the app in seconds. Easy to transfer money from one account to another. Easy steps to follow. I have been a member for almost 20 years and the app keeps getting better.

Getting better
The app consistently is getting better everyday. There are still occasional hang ups or lapses but overall I have had a good experience and the extra security is sometimes annoying but also needed in today’s world.
Bugs
The app has had several issues in my time having it and the latest is the complete inability to use the mobile deposit feature. Wasn’t able to make it into the bank due to working hours and can’t deposit when I need to on the app (and why is the limit only $250 for mobile deposit?!?) . Waste of my time. Have had several issues with login with the app being down/not recognizing login info as well

Update isn’t working
This happens a lot. They update the app, then it doesn’t work. Have to wait for next update.
Bad
They literally will constantly deny my withdrawals to other apps like it’s not ur money to tell me what to do with it I’m pretty sure all bank tellers do is sit down anyhow
Ancient App
No external transfers for Ach , no Zelle ? Do better tech guys . I will give a 5 star if u add these features. Until then 2 stars
