The app has had several issues in my time having it and the latest is the complete inability to use the mobile deposit feature. Wasn’t able to make it into the bank due to working hours and can’t deposit when I need to on the app (and why is the limit only $250 for mobile deposit?!?) . Waste of my time. Have had several issues with login with the app being down/not recognizing login info as well

Update isn’t working
This happens a lot. They update the app, then it doesn’t work. Have to wait for next update.
Bad
They literally will constantly deny my withdrawals to other apps like it’s not ur money to tell me what to do with it I’m pretty sure all bank tellers do is sit down anyhow
Ancient App
No external transfers for Ach , no Zelle ? Do better tech guys . I will give a 5 star if u add these features. Until then 2 stars
Worked fine until recently
Can’t log in. Use FaceID, says no internet connection. Can connect to anything else. Safari, App Store, messages, I run a speed test and run 1 MBPS up and down.
Internet is not an issue. I cut the WiFi off and sometimes using cellular I can log in with FaceID.
Can’t login using username and password. Not sure how I am expected to use their app if it reads that I am perpetually not connected to the internet.

Updated App Needs Improvement
No face ID which is very disappointing. If it's there, it's impossible to find.
Way too much information in the transaction field. I miss the old simple view.
Balancing your checking account takes 3x as long.
Not sure why they changed everything.
I've given it a few weeks and I just can't get used to it. Horrible move.

I just updated and went to log in and the codes I’m given are saying to be incorrect.. ugh:/
Good app but Face ID stops working
Face ID to log in stops working after a time and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to get it working again

While transferring $900 from my checking to my savings account, the money just disappeared.
This is gut wrenching thinking that amount of money can just disappear due to an app.
Developers/help email are difficult to deal with and hardly take the time to understand your issues.

Face Unlock Fixed
Face unlock is now working on IOS 16 after the recent update.

After it updated a few days ago, it doesn’t work anymore.

I seriously would be lost without my Superior app! I love that you can transfer, make visa payment, make a car payment and use bill pay!
So convenient
I am so grateful for my app. I use it almost everyday to make transfers within my account and pay off my visa right after I use it. I also love that I can check what was withdrawn from my account/ when, and I can see if a check went through etc. You can also “nickname” your accounts too which is helpful for me to keep everything organized. Love it!

I like being able to see my credit score. Easy to use.
Fantastic Mobile Banking!
I love this banking app! I rarely have to go into the bank to do things such as depositing a check or making changes to my account. Very easy to navigate and user friendly!
Won’t let me login
I’ve tried multiple times to open this ap on a new phone and it won’t. I’ve called for assistance and they just say that I need to go to a branch. How is taking my phone to a branch going to help?
Lots of improvements
Overall I enjoy the app. I like that the bill pay amounts are deducted right away. I don’t like that you can’t search or filter transactions by payor anymore. Also the app doesn’t allow me to skip a scheduled transfer. I had to cancel the entire transfer then set it up again in order to skip that week.
