Better than headspace and calm
I’ve used meditation apps for 7 years. I decided to change it up from the big players of headspace and calm to test out a smaller group. I honestly love their meditative approach. If you are a former athlete or someone that is more type A in nature then you will love this experience.

Just what I needed!
I love how this app sends me daily reminders (you can select the time of day and turn this feature on or off) to recharge my mind during the middle of the day. Otherwise, I tend to forget to prioritize these things which make the biggest difference in my mental health.
It’s easy to use and has helped me big time with staying focused and present.
There are so many avenues of self improvement within this app. From relaxation, to confidence, and communication skills… I totally recommend it!
