Almost as important as the device itself
I’ve owned a lot of e-ink devices, and none other than Supernote have done a good job at desktop sync. With Boox the web transfer is confusing and unreliable, with iFLYTEK the device doesn’t connect via USB properly… It’s one thing or another. So this app just working, making it simple to transfer documents en masse to the folder you want without any need for further organisation back on the device… Being able to cut and paste text from my Mac reliably without it being a pain… And now being able to organise digests… It just makes the whole experience what it should be. The thing with e-ink devices, because they’re niche, because they’re aren’t as responsive or integrated just by virtue of the screen hardware, they NEED to reduce friction in other ways for them to feel smooth, usable and seamless. No one does this as well as Ratta with their Supernote devices and software. In fact they’re the only ones I’ve found who do it well at all! Now if they could just automate PDF export backups to the cloud…

Super Impressed!
I am loving the entire ecosystem supernote has built and that too subscription free! They keep updating and adding so many things and actuallt listen to their community feedback. The app works really well. Never had any sync issues across my device. Makes everything super easy. LOVING IT!
Works well for me
I like how this works and lets me use my Supernote and iPhone content and move files between them.
I also really like the black and white styling, it’s like it mentally brings me into the land of using the Supernote.

Works for what I need, somewhat confusing when the cloud icon doesn’t show up when the file does show up on the tablet, a bit fussy having to import files into certain folders for them to be able to be backgrounds but otherwise great app gets the job done
Essential and works well
The app does exactly what it is supposed to do, and I’ve never had a problem with it. Not sure why the low ratings. I’ve used it nearly daily for months without an issue and it’s great to see notes and files I have on my SN Manta and quickly add digests or files to the device.
Impossible frustrating app
Downloaded the app but impossible to get the code just throws up illegal request all the time. Shame the companion app to the $1,000 device lets the product down… don’t release something until it works!
Only half works
Some files show up but most don’t. Had to download OpenMTP to get my files instead.

Are there ways that this app could be any better? Of course! But overall this is a great companion app to the Supernote. I wrote off buying a Supernote for a long time because of this app’s bad reviews. But I can tell you, now that I bought the Manta, this is a perfectly serviceable app!!
Please allow docker based OCR for better, more reliable text recognition.

Buena aplicación….. pero, tiene un problema con la sincronización.
Es una buena aplicación para poder conectar tu tabla Supernote con la computadora/teléfono, puedes subir y descargar documentos, incluso en la carpeta «Export», pero tengo ya mas de dos años usándola y me da un problema constante con la sincronización de las notas.

I love writing on the supernote and being able to sync my notes for free and view and arrange them here is super helpful as an optional companion app!
Can’t Live Without It
The app is exceptionally helpful in bridging the world between my Supernote manta and everything else. I can transfer my thoughts easily from my writing to anywhere else that I want to use them, and I can create digests on the Supernote from other sources.
Mostly seamless, with a few quirks
This app syncs seamlessly with the Supernote tablets once you’ve set that up, and it’s very convenient. Transferring files, new note templates, books, or anything else to the device is very easy. It is useful to be able to view documents from the device locally, but you can’t do much more than that in the partner app, at least for notes.
I wish the macOS version had options to hide the dock icon when the window isn’t shown, since it does put an icon in the menu bar. A few UI elements feel a little too much like they’ve been ported from the iPad app, but overall this works pretty seamlessly across Apple devices.

Transfers files
I use it to transfer files to my Supernote and clean up old files. Works perfectly.
Great but could use some polish.
This app is beautiful. Really helps with this super note note taking experience. It just has a lot of little issues. Synching occasionally fails and there’s no loading bar. The app is missing some helpful tools present on the actual supernote. Starred notes aren’t searchable. Some key formats just aren’t viewable in the app. It’s really useful and I love how seamless most things are , it’s just those little things that hold it back. I wouldn’t have gotten the supernote without this app, and I absolutely love what it does to streamline the experience.

Great device, great writing experience, pure trash of an app. Please allocate some R&D resources to improve the app experience. The Supernote device deserves better than this.
Quite a useless app
I don’t even know why this app even exists, apart from being able to see the To-do list there. The file system is literally useless, as it doesn’t sync at all with the files on my Supernote. Even Google Drive (my connected cloud service) works more seamlessly than Supernote‘s own „Partner app“.
Great
Works great to see my To Do List on my phone, and add to it on the go. I sometimes use it to view my notes! Words really well with my Nomad & Manta.
The app does want it’s supposed to!!!
I love the Supernote and the partner app is good. The tablet would be perfect if it had the Nook app. Not everyone is a Kindle user. I have ebooks from back when Wordpress and palm pilots were the best devices and those books ended up with B&N. Please give us the Nook app!

No idea why people are hating. This is just as good as their PC Partner App, which is excellent. Download without worry.
