Faster then my provider thats for sure

So far so good we will see in Albania and Germany worked perfectly fine and fast. I have 60 day in USA and we will see how it goes.

Great first experience!

I was first using eSIM for middle age man, needed a little support which was given in 5 minutes via WhatsApp. It was very simple to install. I used in USA and in Albania, so helpful and cheaper than top-up. Most important got internet in seconds when I landed. Highly recommend.

Not user friendly app

I was visiting Kosovo🇽🇰 and this app failed sending me an eSIM. Their Whatsapp customer service was terrieble and keeps you in the loop. I returned to Canada🇨🇦 and my problem is still unresolved. I claimed VISA to return funds. Activation process is not user friendly and there is no proper customer service!

I believe that SuperSim is the best way to have Internet

Kam gjith diten qe i shkruaj po nuk me pergjigjen.kam paguar paketen prej 20 GB per 1 muaj , kam harxhuar vetem 1GB, ka funksionuar 2 dit, dhe tani nuk fuksionon më.,,,,
Akomo skam pergjigje.

Ich habe ihnen den ganzen Tag geschrieben, aber sie haben mir nicht geantwortet. Ich habe das 20-GB-Paket für einen Monat bezahlt, nur 1 GB genutzt, es hat zwei Tage lang funktioniert und jetzt funktioniert es nicht mehr.,,,,
Ich habe immer noch keine Antwort erhalten.

Works great in Germany

Activation was really easy, it just works :) I especially like that the prices are not too high. A bit more than local alternatives but I think its fair to pay a bit more for the services offered.
