I was first using eSIM for middle age man, needed a little support which was given in 5 minutes via WhatsApp. It was very simple to install. I used in USA and in Albania, so helpful and cheaper than top-up. Most important got internet in seconds when I landed. Highly recommend.

I was visiting Kosovo🇽🇰 and this app failed sending me an eSIM. Their Whatsapp customer service was terrieble and keeps you in the loop. I returned to Canada🇨🇦 and my problem is still unresolved. I claimed VISA to return funds. Activation process is not user friendly and there is no proper customer service!

Activation was really easy, it just works :) I especially like that the prices are not too high. A bit more than local alternatives but I think its fair to pay a bit more for the services offered.
