The camera men don’t know what they are doing and app just loads and stops playback the whole time
Unstable, unusable, very poor experience
Streams crash frequently, audio quality is exceptionally poor. You simply can’t stream content… please fix this. We want to enjoy rugby!

Video streaming is fine but you can’t hear any of the game or commentary- it’s really poor quality…
Stockholm Syndrome
This has to be one of the worst possible streaming apps and the only reason it has any uptake is because it has a captive audience. It’s virtually impossible to search for past games. The search function for live games pops up totally random results. Actual streaming quality is okayish and is probably more dependent on the event organizers bandwidth than SSS. Only use this app if you have no other choice. Sadly, it could be so much better. Could generate SS more revenue with better integration to social media but clearly has been allocated two dyslexic developers and has a dead cat as a product manager.
