Don’t waste your time
App doesn’t work. Can’t even order. Or tell it even where I live. Just take the app down please, it’s such a good idea with such poor execution. Get ready for hunger and frustration.
Can’t use the app
It's quite frustrating; I need to accept the terms and conditions, but there's no way to do so. The app prompts me for my phone number, but when I try to enter it, it doesn't accept it. It seems like the app has several issues at the moment.

Downloaded app to be shown a page saying location not available amd when I press enable nothing happens so can't see app in full just a black screen saying no location!! App not working

Seems like the business closed 😭 it was a great app to get food from not common places that you can't find in Deliveroo or UberEats. It was my fav app
App no longer works
App used to work but now I can’t log in, it wants me to agree to a privacy policy but says it can’t submit my answer and shows no restaurants available. Has this app shut down? Have tried on multiple devices.

Beware! They changed the rules and they now charge you 18% on top!
Restaurant prices already include 12 service charge and this app charges you on top an additional 18%! Of course they changed the rules without telling anyone. Thieves! I just paid 50 pounds for the delivery of two dishes
Great restaurants. Always long wait
I usually collect my food from the restaurants and there is always a problem. Recent problem was that apparently the order was sent to the restaurant very late.
the app never works!
I can never just place an order there is always some issue for which you have to contact customer service AFTER you have spent the time ordering for nothing. The most annoying app! Your mouth waters thinking about the food and then you can’t get it!!!!!! Grrr.
Unreliable and expensive for what it’s service is like
Made order and didn’t even bother to notify me that it was cancelled until 15 mins after it was due to be delivered!! Often mess orders around mix up deliveries.

Terrible service
Supposed to be a high end experience…well completely fails. Had an issue with my order that was their fault and their answer was to tell me I needed to these 3 things - no effort to step in and help. Ruined my Sunday night.
Terrible service & bad drivers
Supper used to be a premium service that delivered food form top london restaurants in immaculate condition; now the food is thrown at you by a driver who has put no care in transporting the food to you meaning that EVERY ORDER received is spilled; our two last orders were inedible as the food spilled everywhere, the last order we had the good sense to refuse!
