The app is lackluster on shop hours and even distinguishing pickup vs delivery. Avoid the disappointment and utilize another app without junior coders or just shop local for your needs.

Placed an order with them only for the order not to arrive, why do they have nothing in place for stuff like this to make sure restaurants following their rules as when I request refund for missing order they deny it within minutes and claim I have account history like wtf!! Are they just robots or actual people sending same generic emails.
Anyway I would avoid them at all costs! They steal your money and do nothing about it when it comes to reporting a problem

They’ve took my money but gave me no order number or anything of sorts and says they won’t do anything all down to my bank was there end it messed up !!!
