Unhelpful and rude
I did not receive my food nor a refund. I have given my number to call when here but I received no calls. I did receive an email to call a given number. I did call the number twice but both the times the person wouldn’t talk. He asks which restaurant and when I answer, he says ciao ciao. And this delivery app is telling me so quickly that I’m supposed to the bare losses because the restaurant does not want to. I’m here with no food and no money. It’s completely unacceptable.
