Hello, thanks for your comment. I am sorry that you had a negative experience with our review collection in the app's onboarding process, and I understand your frustration. Please allow me to explain. It is something many apps do to acquire ratings, which are especially important for a new app like ours. In our onboarding flow, we have a lot of explanation about what Suppie does and showcases its functions (a sample report, a search process...). Many users give us 5 star reviews during the onboarding process because they like what Suppie does and support our mission of bringing more transparency to the supplement industry. I very much hope that you reconsider your 1-star review: it does not fairly represent the actual quality of our app's functions, and it also hurts our ratings significantly -- it's not easy to launch a new product. I would appreciate your empathy. At the same time, I hope you give Suppie a chance and find it useful.
