Horrible horrible app
This is the worst app I am forced to deal with on a daily basis. It has been three years since our mls switched over from showingtime (a far superior platform) and we STILL DON’T HAVE PASSWORD MANAGER SUPPORT ON LOGIN SCREENS. Unacceptable!

1 - password manager support
2 - fix notifications request issue where I get asked twice every time I open the app if I want to turn on notifications (I don’t and I shouldn’t have to say that every time I open this garbage app)
3 - get rid of chat and let us TEXT other agents. We’re not kids, we don’t want your horrible in app chat experience.

Pin Lockout for CORRECT PIN!!!
I despise these lockboxes like everybody else. Ever since Supra took over Brokerbay the app itself has become garbage. But their lockboxes are even worse. Sentrilock was infinitely better. How many times do I have to change my pin, proving I had the correct one originally (and I know I did), to open these things? They do not open even with your phone right on top of them. It’s either “incorrect” pin glitching, a lockout for 15mins, or just “press the bottom to activate Bluetooth” even though I did that already. It’s made showings next to impossible and from now on I decided I will not do showings at properties that use these, like many others have decided to do for the sake of their time.

If I could leave this app 0 stars, I would. It’s extremely slow, glitchy, I’m required to log in almost every time even though it’s set to remember login, and it crashes frequently. Such a disappointing app for something I have to use multiple times a day.
This app is terrible
Does not offer any corrective text in the app. When you click on messages from notifications it doesn’t directly take to the correct spot. Scrolling issues for messages. I’ve been in real estate for 20 years and the pager system had less issues.
UNRELIABLE
There couldn’t be a more unreliable app out there for business professionals. I have on more than one handful of times been embarrassed in front of a client because this is so bad.
Terrible software
Looks better than alternatives like ShowingTime, but it is not reliable, takes forever to load, constantly glitches or has errors making the app or feature features of the app unuseable. This is unacceptable for such a critical piece of technology in our business.
Supra Annoying
I’ve been patient but this app has caused me nothing but grief. I’ve gotten to a confirmed showing only to open the app and find that my showing instructions have disappeared. And for months now I’ve been complaining because Supra arbitrarily decided to delete our pending listings from the app and only show access if we’re on a desktop. We’re in our cars or in front of clients all day and not sitting at a desk! We need to be able to manage our listings through to the closing and this includes having access to the showing information on whether the appraisal was scheduled etc. I am not a fan of this platform and Supra doesn’t seem to be listening to feedback!

Avoid at all costs!
If your real estate board is planning to switch to the Supra One system, do everything you can to convince them not to. Not only is the app extremely slow and constantly reloading. The lockbox are absolute garbage that are more of a hassle than if you just simply used a manual lockbox. The shackles randomly come undone, forcing you to go out and exchange the lockbox and you constantly have to reset the lockbox in order to get the key to drop out. Just abysmal that we have to pay for this “service”.

A disgrace of an App
If there is a competition in designing the worst app it would be the extremely difficult to be worse than this App.
This is the worse app i ever had to use. Slow, not user friendly, doesn’t load properly, crashes a lot… every possible nightmare in an app.. all possible negative marks checked here.

Great system… bad app
The Supra One (formally BrokerBay - which was better branding I believe) showing system is fantastic for managing the real estate business from setting up listing instructions to managing buyer appointments. The system does a great job of it doing it all. However, the app is really laggy and will unexpectedly not open in some of the most important times I’d really like to see supra. Do a better job at improving the reliability of the app.

Garbage hasn’t worked in weeks Horrible! Might be time to drop TRREB!
This app has been a significant downgrade from the previous BrokerBay version. Since the rebrand and integration, it has been plagued with ongoing technical issues.
I am constantly being logged out — sometimes in the middle of booking a showing or trying to access listing details. Half the time the app won’t load properly. When you’re on the road with clients, reliability isn’t optional — it’s critical. Unfortunately, this platform consistently falls short.
What’s even more frustrating is that these issues are not isolated to just this app. The same login, authentication, and stability problems exist across the TRREB system and many of the other products they offer or are involved in. There are recurring issues with TRREB logins, uploading listings, and using their platforms across different browsers and devices.
For the amount of money agents pay annually, we should not be dealing with constant login loops, syncing problems, browser compatibility issues, and crashes. It feels like we’re paying premium fees for systems that lack basic stability.
These tools are essential to our day-to-day business operations. They need serious improvements in reliability, performance, and overall user experience. Agents deserve a platform that works when we need it most.

Auto Confirm Doesn’t Work
I have set my vacant showing to auto confirm multiple times and hit save. Sometimes it works, and then it reverts back to seller confirm. I just got a text about a showing request, and when I click the link, there’s no request. But I know that’s not true because I just got off the phone with the agent who requested it.

Absolute disaster of an app
After numerous attempts with brokerbay/honeywell and the transition, I’m not sure how it’s possible for their app to get worse. I will support any other company to bring a competent app to market.
Glitchy/slow
In theory this is great- Sentrilock was much better. Switched to Supra and it’s been loads of issues. Just updated the app, and once again aspects do not fully load- it has the circle of doom “wait” icon over and over when trying to open a door, update instructions, or send a code.
Poor app for an important service
It's slow and freezes all the time. It makes you look unprofessional in front of clients—this app is terrible.
HOT GARBAGE
Keep having issues with this app. Definitely not an improvement. Keep having to now delete the app and reload it twice and three times a day to get it to work.

Old brokerbay was much better.
