My family fell ill
I was fairly excited about using Suqi but was quickly disappointed.
My sister placed an order for some meat and chicken. Once the chicken arrived, it was clear something smelt wrong. It was explained to me on the phone that vacuum sealed bags usually have a gas that evokes this smell.
But the smell clearly came from the chicken. We cooked it and after an initial taste, it was definitely from the chicken. We threw all the chicken we had ordered right after this and it was a complete waste of money (thighs, breasts, drumsticks).
My sister has fallen ill this entire week.
Whilst I understand you are a new company and appreciate the phone call, it’s unacceptable to not have health and safety standards to thoroughly check for these issues beforehand.
I referred several people and was quite vocal about using Suqi. But I will no longer be using them and will not be recommending them anymore.

Not working
App is not working, trying to sign up but fails and gives a 503 error service code.
