Useless app! Waste of space on your phone.
Basically useless! Worst pharmacy app ever! You can’t see what RXs you have filled, which ones they have on file for you, when they were last filled or when they are available for refill. You can’t see when RXs are ready for pickup or how much they are, much less pay for them in advance so a family member can just pick them up for you. To request a refill via the app, you must add the RXs manually and must have a RX number to do so. Only then can you request a refill, but you still can’t see when it was last filled or if you have any refills available. They send you an email saying they received your request. That’s it. Also, you can’t request an RX transfer from another pharmacy…you have to call them to do that. Literally the only thing this app is useful for is to request a refill for an RX that has previously been filled there. And apparently there is a reminder function you can set to remind you when to take your meds if you need that. I haven’t tried that function. It’s basically a useless waste of memory on your device.

Profile/ Meds
I have completed my profile and added meds and when you go to settings and click on either one of them it states that information has not been inputted. I can request a refill and all meds appear. Confused why it ask for it again in settings when I’ve already completed that information.
