Not Working
Heat is on full but no heat in boot. Battery is not discharging. Pulling these boots on and taking them off is incredibly painful and time consuming.
Heaters that don’t really get that hot
My wife and I both bought the 3400’s, so it’s not just a defective pair. We both agree they just don’t get anywhere warm enough that they make a difference. Surefoot liners are amazing and worth the extra $$$, but these heaters have been a disappointment. Also, the instructions seem outdated, and the UX in the App Store doesn’t match the actual app UX. Renaming the heaters to something unique doesn’t stay, you also have to rename them everytime you turn them on, which is an idiotic experience.

Unreliable
Have had these heaters for about ten ski days and they were starting to go in me and now won't turn on. $400 worth of garbage. My last pair lasted me 7 years. Different brand.
Love their boots and Service hate their heaters
I’ve been using heaters since the first one came out with laying in 1970s and I have never had so much problem until I switched to this app enabled Surefoot system. It doesn’t stay connected to my app. It’s very hard to change. The app is always being updated and you have to do something new they need to make the app do what it’s supposed to do.

Excellent investment
Glad I have these. It’s freezing and I’d be in no shape to ski to without these. I was hesitant to buy them due to the cost but glad I did. My feet are warm, dry and comfortable. Nothing ends a day faster than the boot blues.
Batteries won't charge
The instructions do not work. One battery will not charge and neither will connect to Bluetooth. There is no menu at all.
Not Turning on
I just bought it never really worked. It’s a huge waste of money.
Easy and Dependable
Have used for multiple days straight and love it. Set it and forget it. Cool that you can rename the batteries. Mine are Starsky and Hutch. Highly recommend.
Warm & comfy
These warmers allow me to ski all day without cold toes.
Overpriced, fragile, poor BT connectivity
Bluetooth connection is hard to pair reliably and drops. Supplied charge cable lasted one season. Battery packs lasted three seasons - replacement packs are $425 - would not buy again.
Best boots
I am on my second pair. Looking forward to BOA next year
Only one set of batteries allowed
Needs to have the ability to add more than one pair of batteries, like the Therm-ic app that also has more functionality. I need two sets of batteries on colder days.
Great boots awful app
Buggy app has constant issues connecting. App continually says Bluetooth is disabled when it is not. Deleting and re-downloading the app does not resolve. Neither does resetting the batteries. Do not recommend.
My invisible boots
My Atomics gave me an aggressive stance and edged well but were slightly uncomfortable by the end of the day.
OTOH, I forget that I have the Surefoot boots on because they are so comfortable. The neatly integrated liner heater is a good idea and the Killington SF shop stood behind the product (thx Chuck) when I had an issue with one.

App is bugged
I’v head Surefoot heaters for years and this new app is buggy. It only connects consistently with one battery. I can no longer control the heat separately. I am not the only one having issues with the battery connection since this app change.
Warmth not great
Batteries on 3 and feet still cold at 25 degrees. Great fit on the boot just not great heaters for the cost.
Quirky. Batteries keep disconnecting and even after replacement having same issue
Not impressed for the money most of the time still have cold feet. Or at least one.
Gimmick
App sucks and is a pain to use. Battery does not last long and does not keep feet warm.

Flaky USB connection
Please update your app to the modern times. I’m tired of spending 20min troubleshooting connection issues before skiing, having to reset each device, it’s not worth the money. I wish there was an alternative product.
