Horrible App

Device always disconnects and data doesn’t load.

Unusable, feels like a prototype app rather than a production one.

The app gives an error code about not having access to location while using, but it doesn’t show up in the location services list so I can set it. Not sure what value it adds other than being able to support claims of shortening duration of treatment.

Not good

Doesn’t stay connected, data is days behind and sometimes never records.

App has recurring technical problems

This app keeps losing the connection to the Vpro device. Sometimes I can restore the connection by resetting the device, but now it no longer seems to do even that. I’m running this on iPhone 15 Pro so it’s clearly a problem with the app, not the phone.

Very buggy

Update October 2/23 the app won’t even connect to the device anymore.

It’s a nice app to use with the device to keep track of the amount of time you’ve used it. But every now and then the app will stop working and stop connecting to the device. It won’t let you send bug reports as it says “there’s no client email address” and if you try to reset the app in the app it won’t work so you have to delete it and redownload it.

Frustrating Problems…

I have no idea if a VPRO device even helps with my Invisalign treatment, but I don’t mind using it as directed, twice a day.

What’s frustrating is, this app has constant problems. It regularly loses connection with the device and the only solution (according to the help section in the app) is to uninstall the app, then reinstall it, and go through the whole setup process again.

Then it loses most of the saved data and you have no way to get it back or even manually add it.

This app is FAR more headache than it is worth. You can keep track yourself of usage much easier.

Please fix this app.
It is embarrassingly bad.

Especially for how much money this company must be making selling a small plastic vibrator for $500 that likely cost $5 or less to make. It’s absurd.

Hire competent app developers.

If you can’t get your ridiculously simple app to work, how am I supposed to have faith in this device even doing anything.

The whole deal seems like a con job.
