Waste of Time and Test Strips
Never would give anything clear to accurate results. Tested pool water with industry leading liquid drop test kit (Taylor K-2006) and then immediately tested using test strips and this App. I could have sat inside, looked out at the water, and came up with more accurate results than this App. Examples include the pH reading of 7.5, while the App reported 7.0. The chlorine (free) was 2.4, while the App reported a level of 10. I will delete the App and continue using the liquid drop test kit. Believe the bad reviews.

I wrote a review a month ago and it wasn’t published!
Took the time to review this last month hoping once again for improvements. The fact that it still was not published speaks volumes. Now I’m doubting what used to be the best test kit. Shopping for alternative app AND test kit. What a shame. Used to be good. Bye Taylor! So disappointing!
Not working at all
Can’t login. Can’t reset password. Can’t enter any data. Non functional at this point. Deleted and re downloaded on App Store. Won’t work on iPad or iPhone.
Zero Stars! Doesn’t work!
I purchased my kit directly from Taylor and religiously used the app until they changed it and I was no longer able to. Asks me to create a new login and re-register every time and I still can’t get in! If I login and select “forgot password” it tells me a 6 digit code was sent but I never receive it. I even contact their support twice and they were not helpful. The old version worked fine. This is completely useless!

What happened?
This app used to work - well enough for me to balance my pool chemicals. My pool was out of commission for awhile, and when I just signed back into your app, it is just blank. Nothing.
I figured out how to contact customer service (NOT 877-test kit as it says in the app, but 800-test kit - why are they misdirecting us?!). Told them the issue. She acted as if she had never heard of this problem before. Clearly that is not true, after having read other reviews. She told me she would have somebody call me to help. I’m still waiting.
They don’t care about their customer? They’re not going to fix the app?! Guess we’ll just have to go somewhere else.
