Petit bug

Super appli mais un petit bug sur la version 2.5.0. La complication pour apple watch ne fonctionne plus il faut cliquer dessus pour obtenir les données sinon elle affiche 0.

Salut Kris et Frank, Merci beaucoup pour votre avis 🙌 Il faudrait réinstaller les complications « bouées » et « vent » si elles ne fonctionnent pas (les supprimer puis les ajouter à nouveau). Normalement, elles devraient se mettre à jour automatiquement après la migration (il arrive qu’elles refonctionnent simplement en changeant de Watch face). Si ce n’est pas le cas, merci de nous contacter depuis l’application iOS en précisant votre version de watchOS, afin que nous puissions vous aider. Cordialement, Pablo.

I’m recommending this app if you want to study about tsunamis 🌊. I know its for surfers 🏄‍♂️ but when a buoy drops more than 30 feet 👣 people needs to know!

L’idée est bonne mais

Les bouées françaises ne semblent émettre aucune données c’est dommage l’application est prometteuse mais inexploitable sur la côte sud ouest Française. Une idée du problème ?

Salut Léon, Je suis désolé, il y avait un problème la semaine dernière avec toutes les données de les bouées françaises. Il est déjà réparée dans la version 2.3.3 Les bouées sur la côte sud ouest marchent bien sauf Anglet, elle semble être hors service. PS: Je suis développeur solo, votre avis fait vraiment la différence (surtout les positifs) ! Vous pouvez également me contacter depuis l’application (Réglages > Contactez-nous). Where’s free lifetime button?

App advice: this app is supposed to have free lifetime option, but it isn’t working. Its listed but something isn’t operating correctly… Buoywatch

Excellent!

I got the lifetime on offer, I do not buy subscription based apps, so this review is based on this. Clear, easy to understand interface, very useful. Excellent app, if you can catch it at a reasonable lifetime price.

I have been checking and there are no issues with the buoys in Canada. The information doesn’t seem off at all. You can contact me via Support settings if you are having troubles with the app. Would be keen to help you if I can get detailed information about your issue. Clean, easy to use. Plenty of buoys in the French and Spanish coast.

i’ve had this app for a long time. for a while i thought it’d been abandoned, but recently it has been getting better fairly consistently. i recently paid for the Pro version and, while i have no idea what exactly that entitles one to, i will note that the data refreshes seem more immediate and snappy. is that Pro? dunno. the developer needs to follow Apple’s lead with watchOS 10 and pivot the app to a “Widget first” functionality, which massively improves background refresh while minimizing battery impact. PLEASE ADD watchOS WIDGET!! the improvements are welcome. hope to see more

Thanks for the review. The app is constantly being updated. Apart from adding new buoys, latest watchOS updates included Wind and Wave complications for the buoys that have this data. watchOS Smart Stack WIDGET is on the pipeline, however I’ve been holding on it as it’s a fairly medium size task and I might need to drop older watchOS support. Please bear in mind that I am a solo developer so adding a three star review will push me more to abandon the app than to get new features implemented. There is a "contact support" button in the app directly send me an email with questions, feedback, feature requests, etc. Best regards, Pablo.

En la última actualización han metido boyas de España, lo cual hace esta app de mis favoritas para previsiones. Widgets, Watch, notificaciones… y tiene algo que echaba en falta en otras: la temperatura del agua. Compra muy recomendable.

Hello, Sad to hear that the more than ~330 buoy stations are not enough =( Just to bear in mind, we only provide stations with wave height data as the main purpose of the app is water/wave/surfing related sports 🏄. In any case please feel free to contact the support team within the app (Settings gear > Support) and indicate the name of the stations that you are needing, we can try to add them in case they have wave height data available. Best Buoy App for Surfers

This is by far the best buoy app for surfers. All the right info, clean interface, and includes an Apple Watch face and Widgets for your iPhone Home Screen. Great jobs guys — thank you!!
