Doesn’t work
Just like so many other big fish apps I download them and then when I go to type in a name it freezes and won’t work. Extremely frustrating because I love their games that do work I’ve played every single one and now I’m trying to play the others that never work!!

Big fish there is a review 2 YEARS AGO saying you can’t even play the game because it won’t let you type in player name or skip intro. Wish I’d seen that review before PAYING for this game as it does the same thing for me!! sort it out...UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I cannot skip the start scene so left it running. At the end I got the screen to add my name but couldn’t type into it. Deleted and downloaded again but still doesn’t work. I paid for this and feel extremely unhappy. Please reply. Please fix! If you need my contact details please ask.
Can’t play
Game looks like it would be really fun with an interesting storyline but can’t get past the title screen. Tap functionality does not work at all. Can’t skip the beginning story or type in name to be able to play. I like Big Fish and hope this gets fixed.
Why?
Why are you advertising this app? It won't even allow game play. It starts up, plays the intro sequence (skip button doesn't work), then shows the option to name your player, but nothing works. It's like the touchscreen option is disabled. Keyboard doesn't work, "OK" button doesn't work, nothing. Attempted on 3 different devices. Nada. 🤷🏼♀️

This is the 4th game that I am not able to play. When the screen to type your name pops up so does an add for the game then it freezes and you can’t do anything at all.

Just bought this on offer for £2.99. can’t get past title screen. Wouldn’t let me enter a name or progress beyond that screen, waste of money!!

Looked like it might be pretty cool. Unfortunately, at least as of 4/30/20, glitch [on the player sign in screen] STILL precludes ya from playing. Would give ZERO stars if i could, since i got to play ZERO game!

It looks like a great game but i watched the start cut scene and then when it came to type in your name it wouldn’t work i reopened the app i tried to skip the cut scene and it wouldn’t work then again at the name typing part nothing happened please fix this bigfish

Can’t get past entering my name. I’ve reloaded it a couple of times still nothing. I see from other reviews it has been going on for a while and hasn’t been fixed. Does not have a full screen either

I absolutely LOVE big fish games, especially the Surface series but unfortunately it won’t play!! I download but it won’t do anything. I can’t even skip the beginning scene or type my name in. It doesn’t recognize anything. Would LOVE to play this Big fish game but haven’t had luck.

I have an iPhone X and couldn’t even hit the skip button on the intro let alone put my name in. Don’t bother

Would love to play...if it worked
The game looks interesting with a good storyline and graphics but cannot get past the title card. When I go to enter my name into player I cannot type. Apparently this is a glitch with IPhone 6s+. Your company needs to fix this immediately, because as someone who has spent plenty of money and time invested into your games, I am highly disappointed and I am sure others are too.

Crashes and won't save progress
I have tried playing this and even paid for the full version. Every time I leave the game it starts back at the beginning. Also crashes a lot. Too bad as the game itself looks good.
