Restrict Quick - Sport Punters beware
SurgeBet has been a disappointing experience. They seem very quick to restrict accounts and appear reluctant to take any decent-sized bets, which makes it difficult to use them seriously.
If you’re looking for a reliable bookmaker, I’d stick with the main established bookies that at least provide a phone number and proper customer support.
The positives are that SurgeBet offers a good range of markets across events, and withdrawals have been processed within a few hours in my experience. Unfortunately, the account restrictions and apparent reluctance to accept reasonable bets outweigh those positives for me.

Dodgy and bad customer service
Been using surge for a while and recently sent me a deposit match up to $1500, which they took my deposit and bonus bet from my account and aren’t returning to me, I have been trying to sort it over email and only receive automated replies. Terrible.
Use alternative app
Don’t void bets due to injuries and odds are poor in comparison to others. Bet365 is a much better alternative.
Don’t bet with amused group
I won a $88,000 quaddie on this app and they reversed my refund and changed the payout amount 12hrs after the fact DO NOT USE
