Dodgy and bad customer service
Been using surge for a while and recently sent me a deposit match up to $1500, which they took my deposit and bonus bet from my account and aren’t returning to me, I have been trying to sort it over email and only receive automated replies. Terrible.
Use alternative app
Don’t void bets due to injuries and odds are poor in comparison to others. Bet365 is a much better alternative.
Don’t bet with amused group
I won a $88,000 quaddie on this app and they reversed my refund and changed the payout amount 12hrs after the fact DO NOT USE

I have found that AFL SGM multi odds are some of the best in the market. Solid promos, very good horse racing promos. Would be good if they got some slightly more competitive nrl odds.
