Does not connect to my bike I did everything had everything typed in correctly probably spent 5 hours doing this also used chat gpt to help me and they say this always happens and doesn’t work I had Bluetooth on and location services on as well
This app it terrible
I tried to add my bike to the app and it keeps on telling me my VIN is incorrect when it it’s please respond I am verry annoyed with this app

The most recent update made the app even worse in my opinion. It definitely wasn’t finished before they updated, and they need to look into updating all the things that need attention (too many things I don’t want to type them all out).

One does ask, why go to the effort of including a telemetry device on the bike when the app is such a waste of time?
1. to have the bike recognised I had to raise a support case to have the vin manually associated with the t-box.
2. But oh, support only available in the app.

I wish there were more features but otherwise a solid app
I love my Surron Storm Bee and as a 14 year old it’s really fun to ride around the neighborhood and before I get criticized YES I BOUGHT THE BIKE MYSELF. Anyways love the app love the bikes. Just hope we get some new features!

I still can’t figure out how to bind it.
Vin not recognized, neither is bar code
It would be really great if this worked, but the VIN from a current LBX is invalid and scanning it from the title is also invalid, and apparently this is a common problem.

I was dumb enough to try again a year later and it won’t reset username and password with the confirmation code sent to my email. New user says email already registered.
Only point to this app is the tracking device that is not even accessible.
Surron, too cheap to use dielectric grease in a single connector, standard procedure for everyone else. Too cheap to use quality material, properly torqued triple tree deforms ID of fork tube. Too cheap to properly grease all the bearings, they fail prematurely because of it. Too cheap to even support their warranty! BUYER BEWARE!
