What a waste of my time and effort. Finally made enough to cash out and now my account gets flagged for having multiple accounts, which is a lie, and withdrawal gets cancelled.

Everyday I will write a bad review and inform people that yall are a scam don’t download they are going to say you have multiple accounts and take away your cash outs talking about fraud this is a scam report to the bbb

For the most part this is a really good app. Easy to understand, decent rewards, takes 12-24 hours to get your money once you cash out in increments of five. The only reason I’m giving three stars instead of five is because the tracking needs to be fixed on some tasks (mainly the mission list )and Customer Service needs to answer when we ask for help. I’ve sent three tickets in. It’s been almost a month and no answer on any of them. If they would just answer, the tracking issues, wouldn’t even be an issue. But as is, there’s no remedy. If it doesn’t pay you, it just doesn’t pay you. 😔

Cancels Withdraw
Tried to withdraw my $22 through PayPal and by the next morning it said Cancelled and it does not put the money back on your balance. Waste of time.
Good at first then they flag your account
It’s horrible. I cashed out $21 only once and then after I tried cashing out another they flagged my account saying I used other accounts to sign up but I never did and they cancelled my withdrawal over nothing. I would recommend you delete after the first withdrawal or just continue if you want but they take so long and they disqualify you from surveys even when you didn’t get to answer anything yet. I’m sure they’re more better apps out there than this one.

I really the interface
SCAM STAY AWAY
All was good for my first couple cash outs. But apparently I made too much so they started canceling my cash outs after that with the excuse that I violated terms of service by using multiple accounts, which is a blatant lie. I argued with customer support about it for a full day before sending a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and giving up. Don’t waste your time or money.
