Withheld My Earnings, Then Banned Me When I Challenged It

I would strongly caution anyone against spending their time on Survey Club.
I completed activities through the app and accumulated earnings, only to have my withdrawal withheld over an alleged violation. I repeatedly asked Survey Club to identify the specific activity they believed violated their Terms, explain what supposedly happened, and confirm whether the third-party provider had actually reversed or refused payment.
Instead of providing that information or allowing me to meaningfully dispute the decision, Survey Club restricted my account and completely disabled my ability to contact support. The message I received literally says that the decision is “final and further messages cannot be sent.”
That is an outrageous way to handle a dispute involving a user’s earnings.
I specifically requested a manual review and offered to provide evidence showing that I completed the activities legitimately. I asked them to tell me what activity was supposedly fraudulent, what amount was affected, and the basis for their determination. Rather than giving me those answers, they simply shut down my account and cut off communication.
From my experience, I invested my time completing activities with the expectation that the advertised earnings would be honored. When it came time to withdraw those earnings, I was accused of violating the Terms, wasn’t given a satisfactory explanation of what I supposedly did wrong, and then lost access to support after challenging the decision.
Think very carefully before investing significant time into this app. My experience has left me with zero confidence that earnings displayed in the app will actually be paid or that users will have a meaningful way to appeal if Survey Club decides to withhold them.
I have screenshots and documentation of my communications, including the message stating that my account was restricted and that I was prohibited from sending any further support messages.
I would give zero stars if the App Store allowed it.

It literally makes you spend money in an app to cash out, it’s actually the worst thing I’ve ever seen
Unnecessarily difficult to receive your earnings
I spent a ridiculous amount of time completing surveys just to reach advertised $20 cash-out minimum. The surveys pay extremely little, and on top of that, the app charges a $0.99 monthly subscription fee.
After finally reaching $20, the app still would not let me withdraw my money. When I contacted support, I received vague, copy-and-paste responses about tracking permissions and unspecified “verification requirements.”
If there are additional cash-out requirements beyond reaching $20, they should be clearly disclosed before users spend countless hours taking low-paying surveys and paying a monthly fee. Moving the goalposts after someone reaches the advertised minimum feels extremely misleading.
Based on my experience, this app takes your time, charges you money, and then makes it unnecessarily difficult to receive your earnings. I strongly recommend avoiding SurveyClub.

They steal your earnings
Do NOT waste your time on this app. I earned $17 taking surveys and submitted a cashout to Cash App twice. Both times, the app marked my withdrawal as "CANCELLED" without giving me my funds or returning the points to my balance. I reached out to customer support, and they completely ghosted me. They take your time and data for free and freeze your cash when it's time to pay up. Pure scam behavior. Fixing my balance and responding to support is the only way I’m taking this review down

As others have said this is pretty much a scam. I spent money on games and their subscription to get to the 20$ withdrawl they cancelled my payment without saying why. I tried to get ahold of support and they accused me fraudulent activity? I offered to provide any details they need but of course they couldn’t do anything

waited 3 days to receive an email to request a cash out (cause that’s how long you have to what once to request your cash out…which is already not good) I can’t even describe how annoyed I man with this app. First it took me like a week to get the the $20 cash out threshold then after I waited for 3 days to reciece my cash out I emailed customer service to find out where my money was and they told me that my cash out had been cancelled. No reason to explanationz ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? Then I was told I am welcome to earn more money and try to request a c ash out again. Haha yeah right!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THUS APP?

This app is a scam, I’ve cashed out 3 different times . One for 8$, then the other 2 are for 105$ and 63$. Will I got the 8$ reward, but I’m still waiting for the other ones bc they needed “additional reviewing” and it takes 15 days. Well it’s been a month and a half and everytime I contact support it’s an automated message back each times and when I ask for a way to contact a live person, there is no way to contact anybody supposedly. So this app is for sure a waste of time
