15 Response Limit/ Month
I really like the overall design of the app. I signed up for the free account and only after receiving over 14 responses, I got an email saying, your month of June 15 responses are up so upgrade. I wish I had known this earlier, then I wouldn’t have spent my time making the survey. If anyone is looking for a good survey app that is really free, this is not it.

It doesn’t work properly
I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max and the example survey in the app is all cut off at the top. Waste of time.
Good but need update for iPhone 11
I like this app. It’s perfect for what I need. But if I take the survey on my phone (iPhone 11) then I can’t read the complete question, because the screen on the top of the phone is different then the other phones, so some of the text is not visible.

We thought this would be the ideal survey app but it failed on many accounts.
The trial is 7 days only and you can only collect 15 response, like the free version 15 per month. This is very disappointing as that information is not well advertised and was seen very late.
Output to excel did not work either. I was informed that this will be looked into.
The finale result for a 9 question test survey was 28 pages long in PDF format which was hard to summarise for a presentation.
If the Excel export was working and the trial options were better then perhaps a better review would have been left.
EDIT 19/11/19 In response to the developer feedback, I am still adamant the excel features do not work from my experience, I try an export to excel for the 9 single questions and 7 responses and the portal just spins in the excel icon indefinitely as previously mentioned in a online chat to Theo, who confirmed there was an issue here, as I never get a link to download unlike I do if I just export 1 question and I have tried other browsers and different OSes, though, I must commend your company for being proactive in support.
