Bug that needs fix asap!!
I love this type of game , is definitely a stand out from other games I like it more than clash of clans this game is literally just my type of game to prepare my base and grind over time , But there’s this glitch , I load the game and it loads like normal but then it goes back to the loading screen and it starts the game as normal again loading … and it loads and as soon as I’m going to click on the x for whatever offer pops up to buy in game it loads me back to the loading screen like , it makes such a big problem because I haven’t been able to start the game for the past 30-45 mins , please fix the game

Not loading
For the past month or so the game doesn’t load first time. It takes two or three goes at it. Sometimes it doesn’t load at all. Please try and fix.

Last checkpoint not working past 190
When I pass level 190 and lose and I choose to reload last checkpoint it starts at 190 even though I’ve passed other checkpoints I don’t restart on the last checkpoint I restart on level 190 checkpoint. Can you fix it.

Game stuck on loading screen
The game was fun for a week or so until the season ended and now I can’t play and get past the loading screen. I have submitted a ticket to the developer via their email zen desk platform, but still no response, so I’m tired of waiting and ready to move on.
Update a week later: still no response from the developer about the issue, requesting refund.

Well……
Downloaded the game, opened the app and it says connecting to server but does not connect to the server. I even let it sit for 40 minutes and nothing happened.

The actual game is good, or at least it was before they oddly decided to shove ads down your throat at every point just to squeeze £15 out of its poor player base.
Monetisation like this shows how little care and respect the devs have for the players time and enjoyment as you can’t go 1 minute without an ad showing as well as a reminder you can get rid of them permanently for a price.
Micro transactions are one thing and by themselves are bad enough but along with the ads, ad removal and other purchases it’s going a bit far no? I understand the game is free but really…
On top of this, I also had an old account completely wiped and unable to retrieve because the Facebook link doesn’t work and according to the error the devs are aware that there is an issue and have done nothing about it.
So I’ve lost all my previous progress because the devs are lazy and incompetent. Great work…
Seeing how far this game has fallen from its fun , simple, fairer origins is disappointing and the devs should feel embarrassed about the state it’s in

Potential but…
This game has potential, but it appear to take an insane amount of time to gather resources and build compare to other games. This seems to be a game that requires you to spend $$$ to progress at a more reasonable rate. For this reason, I’m out.
