SuSense is a personal diabetes logbook for people with diabetes and the people who support them. It brings your glucose data and daily activity together in one place so you can see your patterns and keep a record to review with your care team. VIEW YOUR GLUCOSE DATA - Display glucose readings from your own Dexcom Share account - See your current reading, trend arrow, and rate of change - Interactive charts covering the last 3 to 48 hours - Supports Nightscout as an alternative data source OPTIONAL NOTIFICATIONS - Set personal reminders for high or low readings - Turn any notification on or off independently - Informational only — SuSense is not an alarm and is not a substitute for your CGM's own alerts MEAL LOGGING WITH AI ESTIMATES - Snap a photo of your meal or describe it in text - AI estimates calories, carbs, protein, fat, fiber, and glycemic index - See an educational estimate of how a meal might relate to your glucose - Estimates are for general information only and are not medical advice ACTIVITY LOGBOOK - Log meals, insulin doses, exercise, and sleep - View your complete activity timeline - Filter by event type to spot patterns - Edit or delete any entry SHARE WITH PEOPLE YOU TRUST - Invite family members or supporters as "watchers" - Watchers can view your data and cannot change anything - Revoke access at any time PRIVACY FIRST - Your health data is never sold to third parties - Full account deletion removes all stored data permanently - Dexcom credentials are stored securely and used only to fetch your own glucose data - Meal photos are processed by OpenAI for nutrition estimates only and are not used to train AI models IMPORTANT SuSense is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
