Codes don’t work

Downloaded the app and tried to redeem the code on my pack of sushi. Code not recognised. There is absolutely no point promoting a loyalty scheme app that doesn’t recognize your purchases. Epic fail!

Poor user experience

If you buy more than one packet you have to repeat the process to add the code from the beginning each time- painful!
why give the same credit for all purchases with different values? Surely something bought for 20 should be worth more than something bought for 5?!?!
The QR code should register the code and take you direct to the rewards part of the app

Needs to have ingredients removal.

So in store you can make changes by removing ingredients (I know you can’t add items) as I have a slight allergy to cucumber ( it makes me sneeze)

You should be able to make removal notes on orders. Or I cannot use the app at all

Unable to change Name and Email

I need to change my email I use for the app but quickly found out that you are unable to edit any of your account information which is really frustrating. This app would be great if it wasn’t for this issue. 😕

Qr codes don’t open the app

What is the point of the qr code? It doesn’t open the app and populate the claim code. Also the codes aren’t easy to see on the packets
