Can’t Log In Anymore
Trying to sign in with email, keeps saying “OOPS! other error returned from server.”I deleted app and redownloaded but still won’t let me log into my account. That said, why bother with an app in the first place. Not everything needs an app. SusieCakes needs to kill the app and just focus on the website and a better rewards system.

Rewards earned should not expire
Rewards earned should not expire. At a minimum, it shouldn’t expire within a mere month! Some of us don’t live near your bakeries, we travel to get there and should be given more time to use rewards. If you can’t make not expire, give us approx a year, like other reward programs. 🙏

App won’t open. Uninstall and reinstall. Still not working!
Love the cakes, but the app keeps crashing
For the last two updates the app keeps crashing to the point where it opens and then crashes before logging in. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and hard closed it so many times. How will I know if I have a reward?!
Doesn’t seem to support iOS 26
Tried opening the app after upgrading to iOS 26 and it immediately crashes. Reinstalled with the same results. Wife had the same results. Please update the app to support the latest version of iOS.

Used to be great
Disappointed that the free birthday slice of cake has changed it’s rules. You used to get an entire month to use the free cake slice but now I had a week to use. Plus it wasn’t even my birthday week but several weeks before my birthday. Well now I save myself from buying a slice for my wife and cupcakes for my kids when I would go in. thanks for that

We always use this store as a go to and they are always on point. But this time was disappointing because they gave us the wrong pie. We ordered a pumpkin cheesecake and whipped cream on the side but received a pumpkin pie and no whip. They never mess up like this but like everyone else we expect what we order and pay for especially for the holiday. :/

I’m a sucker for bakeries! This bakery absolutely exceeded any expectations. The cakes are delicate and moist, the frosting is so delicious and has that amazing subtle crunchy outside. We order cupcakes and cakes frequently, do not always need an occasion to enjoy Susie Cakes!

Susie fresh berry cake
So I was recommended this summer only cake by one of my coworkers who raved about how good it is. So I got it for my sisters birthday. When we got it the frosting appeared over whipped. The flavor of the cake was subpar at best, nothing special, and the berries in the filling were sour. I have to say I was very disappointing as I paid nearly 80$ for this cake including the tip :/ don’t think I’ll be coming back sadly
