Great Self Hosted Kavita Reader
As a standalone reader it’s pretty good. With self hosted Kavita and the two way progress sync its incredible. Setup was super easy and I’ve had zero issues thus far.
I can only assume most of the issues people will have is not due to this app but with whatever server they’re trying to connect to.
Love the app, highly recommend.

I tried a fair dozen different reader apps. Sutra was the hands down winner. From ease of connecting to servers to the visual presentation of individual books: high marks all around. Easy choice to pay for the full Monty; gimme those comics, yes please!
Display of pdf
Another comment: for pdf richely designed, i.e. with pictures, frames, etc. there should be an option to display the original pdf as-is, without rendering it’s text independently from the original design.

Thanks for the feedback! I'll look into full white characters for a dark theme as an option. To your other question, I'm trying to create an option for users to open a couple of cbz files as a part of the free offering so that they can test out the feature as a part of the 2.1 release
Calibre web support broken
I have tried several times now to get my Calibre web library working but it just hangs. I’ve done so much troubleshooting on my server to try and diagnose why it doesn’t work. I can put in my server details and it recognizes my library but just never returns. If I ever get it working maybe I can see how well it actually works as an OPDS client. Komga support is also welcome and interesting but I’m not paying money if I can’t get the basic functionality working.

Amazing reading experience
This is a solution for all your e reading problems. Loving the ability to link to Kavita and Gutenberg. And the reading experience has been fantastic. Takes a bit to load my library, but is great after that.
