Also won’t accept login

Like a previous user stated, the app won’t accept my login credentials. I can access via the website but not the app. I sent a message to Sutro a month ago regarding this and never heard back.

Won’t accept my login credentials

I have Sutro premium and the standard Sutro app and it works fine. Sutro pro won’t accept my login credentials and there is no support to recover a username or password (even though the ones I’m using are correct and I shouldn’t need to recover). There is also extremely limited information on their website about this app. Really disappointed.
