App won’t work
I’ve tried several times to download and app won’t open any product tiles. Says “oops!” Please fix for your customers!

best app ever
this is my favorite app i have on my phone. my screen time is the highest for this app- my time on this app is a ranking 8 hours daily! i like to purchase suzannes ponchos on a daily basis. i eat gut renew for breakfast. I LOVE THIS APP! 10/10 would recommend- don’t know why this app is not number one for casino category!

I have loaded and reloaded this app 4 x and it has never worked! Even if I tape on any of the symbols it just doesn’t work!

I’ve downloaded this app multiple times hoping it will actually work. Nope!! Worst app. I love the products but both the app and website are lacking. This app has never worked for me. I give up.

Poorly created app.
With a business as successful as Suzannes is, I am VERY surprised how poorly this app has consistently been. Hire new IT people. PLEASE! Tabs don’t open. Nothing ever works. 🤦🏻♀️

I love Suzanne’s products, but I cannot get her app to work on my iPhone or iPad. When I first used the app it worked, I do not know what happened, but you can open it but there is no content

So many issues
Can’t find past orders. There’s no option to go to your account history or even log out. The search function on the main screen doesn’t even have a place for me to type what it is I’m searching for! Awful usability, needs a ton of work and testing.
