Absolute garbage
The map app will only display your route as a line on the map with a dot to show where you are. No turn by turn and sometimes the map doesn’t stay centred on your location. Plus you have to leave your phone unlocked for it to work. Absolutely pointless.

Really wanted to like it but the user interface is not well designed. Without a touchscreen and a screen keyboard input with handlebar switches?
Cumbersome and annoying
Installed it, used it, uninstalled it. Need to leave your phone on, kills the battery within 2 hours . The third party apps and imaps dont let you easily make if at all any kind of custom map (something rather important for motocycle riders) tried using Rever but it turns the map screen black and freezes . Eventually deleted app, phone from bike, headset from bike and went back to google maps and headset . Basically MySpin is a useless and probably expensive part of the new bikes. I really hope Suzuki can figure out the Rever app cuz it would be perfect to use.

Waste of time and effort!
This app needs to be tweaked to be able to run in the background of the connected phone. Having to keep your phone screen on is a headache and is a drain on the phone. The supported apps are useless and this entire app is made redundant by use of your phones for gps maps and phone connection

Fatica a collegarsi, il telefono diventa rovente e la batteria si scarica dopo un quarto d’ora. Inutilizzabile!!!
Im Hintergrund und mit Sperrbildschirm nicht nutzbar.
Eingesetzt wird die App in Verbindung mit einer Suzuki GSX S 1000 GX und iPhone 15. Leider verliert die App die Verbindung mit dem Fahrzeug wenn man den Bildschirm sperrt oder die App schließt oder zu einer anderen App wechselt. Zudem saugt die App den Akku leer! Es wird doch möglich sein das Problem mit einem Update zu beheben! Eine 98% Lösung bei einem 18k Motorrad ist echt eine schwache Leistung Suzuki!

Just use your phone
Very frustrating. Not worth the trouble. I have downloaded and deleted a few times thinking I might not be giving it a chance. Nope. Easier to use your phone with a good mount.
Gut gemeint, absolut schlecht gemacht
Die App möchte erst Mal alle Berechtigungen damit sie überhaupt funktioniert. Aber funktionieren tut sie leider nur auf Minimalniveau. Das heißt von A nach B navigieren. Ja, das ist ja schon mal was. Aber das kann heutzutage nicht der Sinn einer vernünftigen App sein. Wie schon von anderen beschrieben, muss dr Bildschirm ständig an sein, mit Bluetooth und WLAN verbunden sein und saugt dadurch den Akku leer.
Läuft die APP dann mal, dann kann auf dem Handy KEINE Anwendung parallel genutzt werden. Was soll das denn? Und bloß nicht den Sperrbildschirm aktivieren, sonst geht gar nix mehr.
Die angebotenen kompatiblen Apps sind ebenso Schrott.
Eine App deren Entwickler/Entwicklung auf allerniedrigstem Niveau stehen geblieben ist. Das passt nicht zu Suzuki. Das geht wesentlich besser. Bitte nachbessern und vernünftige Apps wie Calimoto oder kurviger verknüpfen!!
Und dann auch noch so entwickeln, dass mein Handy auch in Ruhemodus gehen kann und andere Anwendungen noch bedient werden können!

MySPIN on GT
The app works ok if you disconnect your headset from your phone and leave it that way then connect your headset to your bike. Music works but only for and music that’s on your phone. Would be nice to stream or use radio. Maps work no problem as does phone. Would like to be able to start app while on the move and be able to switch it back and forth between main Suzuki screen and the app.

Dommage que nous devons rester sur cette application qui mange la batterie du téléphone à vitesse, grand V il y a qu’un système de GPS Sygic qui est vraiment bien, mais plusieurs déconnexion arrivent souvent ! Niveau de la musique aucune des applications connues de musique n’est en partenariat Spotify Deezer ou autre que Apple Music cela serait bien de revoir ses partenaires, afin de faire des mises à jour pour avoir d’autres applications de plus, aucun manuel explicatif, dit les raccourcis

Please keep improving this app - it’s a great starting point but needs more refinement.
Please add things like:
1. Stop forcing phone to be unlocked.
2. Add support for more navigation apps, like Waze, Magic Earth, Google Maps.
3. Privacy - location settings should be only when used (not “always”).
This can be a great platform to add capabilities and use the wonderful screens of the GT and GX - and it’s all just software!!!

Keine Integration von guten Touring-Apps möglich. Schlechte Anbindung ans Handy ( Display muss ständig an sein). Meiner Meinung nach völliger Schrott.
Peut mieux faire
Dommage que l application Amazon Music ne soit pas disponible, en effet le choix est restreint il n’y a que l application Music iOS, l’application est longue à se connecter mais aussi à se reconnecter lors d’un arrêt du véhicule , l application Waze apparaît pas non plus et c’est bien dommage , le catalogue d application disponible au téléchargement est maigre , peut mieux faire

Compatibility
The app does not have compatibility with any major apps, not music, maps, anything of standard use.
Major disappointment
Having just picked up my new GX and connected this app such a disappointment. 1st you have to keep phone unlocked for it to work which is not great in the pocket as you can pocket dial. The maps is awful and you have to pay when google is free etc just needs to be a basic car play functionality. Very poor app would not waste the time downloading shortly deleting it.
